I’ll have a difficult time ordering again, especially when the shipping is more than the product! I only ordered this time because I absolutely loved what I purchased. They have a great selection but for a small business like mine, high shipping costs can make or break a deal when trying to stay on budget!”

“the order process was easy, but I got multiple e-mails on the shipping and that whole process was very confusing. The tiles came in 2 shipments. The second shipment tiles did not exactly match those of the first shipment, although it was the same tile and all part of the same order. It is close, and will work as I will use those tiles for the separate backsplash rather than the pan of the shower”
