“grapple does not open as wide as it probably should . delivery went ok, some miscommunication between the company, dispatcher, driver. Driver was never provided my cell #”

“The forks work great. Definite 5. The packaging is not so good. 2 days delay in delivery because the carrier could not read the bar code. Also, cardboard packaging severely compromised.”

“Customer service was very helpful. However, FedEx service was lacking. The shipment was delayed for one week by them. These parts are too big for them to handle and the lack of accountability at FedEx magnified the issue.”

“Product looks great but the box the shipment came in was terrible. By the time it arrived the implement was poking through the box in numerous places. Fortunately it did not damage the implement but shipping could have been better.”

“Sale priced pallet forks were hakf the price of my JD dealer I wish that I had known they were being shipped in 3 pieces. They could have come to my home instead of the local hardware store.”

“I really like the attachment, but I had to modify the mounting plate. It would not stay on my machine. The tolerances were just to big. Otherwise, I've only used it a couple of times and I think it will be fine.. I have a job coming up and I hope it does a good job for me”

“Works fine. The Hook and pin attachments need refining since they are not all welded in the right place and make attaching on different John Deere loaders difficult”

“My hay spears survived me lifting a one ton bale that my smaller tractor would not lift. The pallet fork frame doesn’t have the holes in a location where my Mahindra can lock it in. But the attachments themselves are otherwise great. No need to spend more on other brands.”

“Shipping was prompt. Called to ask about hydraulic lines that came with grapple attachment and the person did not have a good grasp of what would need to be changed to make it fit my tractor.”
