“Purchased a pro series stump grinder. I was told it was set up to work for my machine. Turns out the 14 pin connector was not set up for ANY skid steer. They wanted me to just take the harness of and hook it up to my battery. I tried to get information about the machine and 36 days later all they can say is sorry we cannot reach anyone to help we are no longer able to help with the situation. Now its past 30 day return policy and I doubt they let me return the equipment. They have no knowledge about their own equipment. Nor do they care to help anyone with thier equipment. $10,000 dollar investment useless because they cant reach anyone to help.
They have no manual that is helpful for any part of this equipment. They have no techs that know anything about their equipment. You call and one person sends you to another who sends you to another and they say we have an open ticket their is nothing we can do until we hear back from somone.
I've had better luck using Chat GPT figuring anything out on this machinery. If you buy something you better hope it shows up and works because god forbid it doesnt, you may as well throw your $10,000 in the trash”
“Bought this for my Kubota 2601. The adapter goes on and locks in. when I added a york rake and lifted up the adapter came off the top lips. Upon inspection I found there is too much play in the adapter. After locking it down the adapter can move enough to come off the top lips. Called Titan and they gave me a procedure for return that is rediculous. Sending them multiple videos and taking a host of measurements that would take over an hour. Decided to fix it myself by welding and cutting. Other attachments from other company's fit my tractor just fine with no issues. Im done with Titan. Quality control is Horrible. Someone could have gotten injured or damage to my tractor could have easily resulted.”

“The attachment didn't fit any of my attachments. I had to grind 1/4 off od the top to get it fit into the top plate of the bucket. When I contacted the seller, they said it is a generic fit. It is listed as universal fit on there website. Also one of the lock pins was installed backwards. They never acknowledged this problem. The hoses were also 4ft too long.”

“I received back hoe with missing zerk fitting . they sent me one that's to small ,I then sent video to there representative AUSTIN CRUZ , and again I asked if they would send the boom pin with zerk fitting in it if they can't find correct size zerk fitting, now it's been 10 days and not a word , so ive went to Napa auto parts , Auto zone ,Orieleys auto parts ECTcant match the threads, this is the bushing for boom it squeals like mad with out grease . Spent 5 k can't get missing parts this isn't good business they want 20% restock plus shipping. wish I never bought it. BUYER BEWARE.”

“Hay spear with stabilizer bars not great. Rated 4000 lbs, I pick up a wet bale and left stabilizer bar bends down. Never had a problem with jd hay spear for 20 years. Called and my hay spear is 6 mths out of warranty and to add insult to injury, I have to buy 2 for 130$. Also, anyone else notice how the stabilizer bars have to be constantly tightened every time you use it? Many other titan attachments bought here and not a problem- this one- not good! People on phone were nice enough, just did nothing to help me .”

“Titan sent my attachment to the wrong address because of an auto fill mistake on my end so I immediately cashed the company within minutes and noted the error telling them I should cancel my order. The representative told me it would be no problem to update the order with the correct address. The attachment shipped to the wrong address anyway. Before it arrived I called the company and asked them not to ship it here. They have me attitude and put me on extensive hold. The attachment never arrived and I was refunded about partially. They kept over $300 for restocking when though it was their fault. Now when I try and contact them they just put me on hold indefinitely.”

“Broken snowplow on the third use. The worst part is that Titan wouldn't honor repairing it. I had to bring it to the welding contractor. I had to get the quote and then they said it wasn't detailed enough. They also wouldn't talk on the phone. they communicated by email only. In the end they paid for nothing! Terrible customer service.”

Not compatible with Ditch Witch (SK 800). Mounting plate is fine but pivots on lower arm contacts cylinders before plate engages. Fits on my Vermeer (1998 s600) but thats my beater shop machine and not the one I want to use it on.”
