We try to never leave a negative review, however we have never had an experience like this. We ordered forks for our skid steer which arrived damaged. We provided photos of the item immediately. We were provided with an RMA but expected to ship the items back on our dime! We called numerous times to get shipping labels, were forced to wait on hold a ridiculous amount of time only to be hung up on four times, so far. Still no response. We finally had to dispute this with our credit card company. Still waiting for "customer service".

I reached out to customer service 5 minutes after I ordered with a question. It’s now been 10 days and no response from customer BUT literally 22 emails from them with “deals”. Worse customer service experience ever. Will never purchase from them ever again.

Should have paid more and bought locally. If you like dealing with call centers in Asia, Titan delivery staff who can never be reached by phone/email and local delivery agents who loose phone service for a week, add on fees after purchase to deliver then this is the company for you. Took a week of phone calls, multiple calls per day to get this delivered. Titan doesn’t reply to the call center so you are left in limbo. Don’t waste your time.

I purchased a Titan Pro PTO Driven Stump Grinder. I've not been able to even use it because I'm now on the 3rd hydraulic controller and it does not work either. I called Titan and, of course I was connected with someone who barely spoke English, and he was absolutely no help whatsoever. Titan sent me an email asking me to leave a review and I did, and I still have not been contacted by anyone else at Titan to help resolve the issues. I will never buy from Titan again!

Honestly this was the worst experience I have ever had. My shipment was sent in 3 pieces. One piece showed up but 2 were lost. They provided zero help and told me since I paid for the extra insurance, that they push during checkout, I had to contact Route for a remedy. I have purchased a bunch of attachments for multiple pieces of equipment and I recommend working with a different company. I’m a month in and still no resolution on anything.

Terrible. They don’t stay in the same spot just turning the tractor or skid steer. I even tried tightening them with a Cheater bar to get them extra tight and they still don’t stay in place.

Titan attachments does offer some pretty affordable attachments but buyers beware. I’ve bought multiple attachments from them and after just a couple of uses needed to rebuild a hydraulic piston on my grapple bucket. Simple procedure, just needed some product support to find a seal kit. These are typically $30-$50 depending on the cylinder. Well, Titan refused to provide a manufacturer, or part number for the piston used on my unit. Instead, the only help they would offer is to send me a link to a new $400 replacement piston. That said, if you buy from Titan understand that there is no fixing this stuff, and zero support. You will have to buy it a second time. Spend the money and buy a quality attachment somewhere else, you’ll save in the long run.

I watched many videos of your Drum mowers and they looked great but yall must've made changes because I used it 2 times 1st time gearbox started leaking 2nd time I guess it bent now unusable and since iyall say this was not a material defect nothing will be done. Thanks for the high dollar scrap metal

received my 57 inch offset bank mower today will rerate it when I am able to use it. when assembling it the bolt through the hitch went in but pin underneath would not because bracket was welded on crooked called titan 30 minutes on phone , sent pictures they will send them to their engineers to review part in not in stock will not be available till June 30 offered me discount to repair myself I said no hitch supports all 700 lbs. of unit wanted correct part

The pins are not #1and #2 pins as ordered but you sent #1 and #3 pins. I have no need for these. Been communicating back and forth . Sent pictures you requested and still no replacement or return info

I purchased two attachments advertised as fitting a universal skid loader plate. Unfortunately, neither unit fit two separate, newer machines (a 2019 John Deere 317G and a 2022 Kubota SVL-75) without major modifications. Despite being the same product, the attachments differed significantly in key measurements — in some areas over an inch — making them completely unusable. I followed every step Titan requested: sending detailed photos, measurements, and even the models of my machines. After countless emails, photos, and calls, their response was that “no issue” could be found. At no point was a return or refund offered, despite the products being clearly incompatible with standard equipment and varying significantly from the advertised specs. The experience has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. What should have been a straightforward purchase has turned into weeks of back-and-forth with no resolution and no accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Titan Attachments to anyone expecting quality control or responsive customer service.

Standard Series Adjustable Hydraulic Pallet Fork Frame - DELIVERED DEFFECTIVE The set Titan of hydraulic forks sent out were defective with a fitting that's leaking before it's even been used, they also forgot to weld the main attachment point; luckily, they caught it in time to weld through the paint! It's been almost two weeks since my run around with them started, haven't gotten past a ticket being submitted. Their products looked awesome, but the reality is you should buy the cheap ones, save half your money and get the same quality.

Rick grapple tubing has cracks in it. Only used it 5 hrs and this. Will not exchange or do anything to help. Told me to take it to a welding shop. I will load pics and video if possible. Not seeing a location to do that.

1 star only because 0 isn't an option. I purchased a set of 42" pallet forks from their website. They sent 1 42" and one 48" fork. Went round and round with customer service about paying the difference to upgrade to the 48" since I had half anyway. Finally, they said the only option was sending the 42" to me and me shipping the 48" back. After months they never sent the new fork and are still refusing to correct their error.

My frame doesnt fit my tractor mount. Titan gave me permission to cut off and relocate or grind my pins so they will fit onto my tractor mount. I asked for them to just send me a replacement that would actually fit my tractor, that was denied. Then I had to send measuremments from the mast you sent me, which your team then admitted you placed the pins incorrectly. Then you said that all of your inventory would be the same as what I already had and would need modifcation. I would have thought you could make the repairs on one of the frames you have in stock and send that to me, I guess that wasnt an option either. Bottom line, you gave me a small credit to make the modifications myself, which of course you thought was more than fair, I disagreed and asked for more, and was told you couldnt give me more. I haven't had time to make the modifications as of yet, but I'm dissapointed with your customer service and less than impressed with your solution to my problem.

I purchased the 3 pt backhoe, the shipping was a nightmare. I had informed the shipping person it needed to be delivered on a box truck. It came on a semi truck. Had to unload on the highway and drag onto my property. The instructions were very lacking on assembly. They did not send a connector that would fit a standard PTO pump to connect the backhoe. I called Titan and the person said they were really not knowledgeable about the backhoe but felt like they didn’t need to try to help me. I have bought other products from them before but would not recommend again. “Sorry our product doesn’t work and we don’t care!!” That’s the feeling I’m left with.

I received my 36" Tow-behind drum aerator with wheel kit and upon attempting to assemble it there were Defective part(s) that prevented the assembly. I immediately reached out to there Support team which calls are takin outside USA( that's a Fail) and to this day( 2 weeks later) I'm still waiting for replacement parts. I will never purchase from Titan again, horrible customer support.
