The attachment will not go on my machine the angle plate on top in too long so it bottoms out before it can go under the bottom to locking pins

Product came in with zero packaging and had chipped paint on nearly every corner. The resolution I was offered was a refund of $18.99. After pushing and prodding and lots of back and forth I was offered $30, and then finally settled on $40. I felt $40 was innappropriate but felt like I was left no other reasonable option. Zero packaging followed up by terrible customer service. At least take some ownership for the lack of packaging and improve for the future.

Titan attachment shipped this stump grinder to me I noticed it was leaking hydraulic fluid while still in the shipping crate. This equipment is advertised as made in America, quality equipment, so I thought it would be no problem to resolve this issue. Two weeks later I have gotten emails asking me why is it leaking I've repetitively said, I don't know I'm not a mechanic I understand that sometimes things happen, but I'm very disappointed in the willingness of this company to resolve this issue. Please resolve this problem for me! I have jobs that I need this equipment to complete.

Very seldom do I write a negative review. I always give the company a chance to make things right, but my first and only experience with Titan will be my last. It's unfortunate because the product looks good, but the customer support is terrible. I recently purchased the Pro Series Pallet Fork Frame with 60" forks for my brand new John Deere tractor. The frame was shipped on a pallet and the forks were shipped on top of the frame without any barrier between them. Needless to say, the forks scratched the paint on the frame. The frame was also severely damaged on the top part of the frame. Something ha hit it so hard that it bent the frame. I filed a claim with the trucking company and then called Titan support. I talked to a person named Mark and described to him what happened and complained about the poor packaging. He said that this was not how Titan typically packages their products and said that he would take care of it. I sent Mark some pictures of the damage and a few days later I got an email from him offering me $78 for the damage. I responded by saying that was not acceptible because the frame was damaged beyong repair for an item I paid more than $800 for. Then it was crickets. I sent emails asking for an update and it took about 8-10 days before they decided to send me a new frame. When the new frame arrived, it was also shipped loose on a pallet with no protective barrier under or on top of it. The bottom side which is the front facing part of the frame had slid around on the pallet during transit rubbing on top of the nail heads. Needless to say, the paint was in pretty bad shape. In some places it was wore down to bare metal. I reached back out to Titan and now they have me working with Christen. She apologized and once again said that this is not how they ship things and that they always secure them. She offered me $78 for the damage and said that I could use touch up paint. I asked her to please send me $450 or ship me a new frame because this would take much more than $78 to properly fix this and that the $78 was basically insult just like the first one. She said that she would have to escalate this and then I started working with Dumunique. He offered me $100 dollars and I said that it was unacceptible and asked him to send me a new frame that was properly packaged and secured to the pallet. He said that they ship them loose all of the time, which is opposite of what Christen told me. He said that most frames make it okay but some don't and they are looking at changing their shipping methods. He also said that two replacements was the limit and they would not send me a another new frame. They are coming to pick it up next week, and he told me that he wants me to make sure the forks are tied down to the frame. Are you kidding me! I don't own banding equipment. This has become a joke. I told Dumunique that I was planning to purchase additional products from Titan for my new tractor, but I was holding off until this was resolved. After he told me that they wouldn't ship me a new frame, I immediately started ordering some of the other items a need from other companies like Heavy Hitch and others. These items have been arriving and they have been packaged extremely well. I am pleased with them. Who knows how long it will take me to get my full refund from Titan. I am told it takes 8-10 buisiness days, but based on my experience, I am not holding my breath. It's really sad how this ended up ths way when it didn't need to. All they would have needed to do was to put heavy cardboard under the bottom and on top of the frame and then band it to the pallet. It's not rocket science.

Mower shipped without oil plug. Still haven’t received it. It’s been 16 days. They told me I would have on October 14. Just called and they said it will be mid November. Customer service is terrible

My front hoe was very poorly built and broke on 1st use .. I wanted to get parts.to fix but the say they are out of stock and to call every week to check if they get it in. I'm very unsatisfied with there product and customer service I bought a much better quality one elsewhere and Don't plan on using Titan any more..

Horrible customer service, horrible shipping, they lost my first order and couldn’t get a straight answer from them at all about where my order was, this was two weeks after I was sent an email stating I would get item on a specific date. I just don’t like being lied to and them not doing anything to right there wrong, they could have at least overnighted the second item, but they did not. Will never buy again from them

Bad customer service. They want to charge me 20% restocking fee after more than a week of shipment being stuck in Memphis. Once you make the sale customer service is sourced over sears where people read from a script

Titan attachments are cheap inferior products! The pallet forks I ordered first off didn't align and pin correctly. Secondly are made from cheap thin steel that bent and distorted after the first hour of light use! After contacting for warranty I was told it was operater error... Go figure... Terrible product! Terrible service!

I didnt receave the HAY SPEER that I was Quoted by the Salesman. I ask for a 21 Bale John Deere Quick atachment and was told by the salesman that HE knew exacly what I was describing A 21 Bale speer for the front loader on a JohnDeere tractor. So I received a piece of junk that is designed to load 14 Bales of Hay. The oly responce I keep getting is its under review by a board. So with not getting any help on the issue to return it for the right one, or get any compensation for their mistake,I will have a welder and fabricater to rebuild this junk so that it is wider and add 2 more wider speer locations so it will work TITAN ATTACHMENTS SALES PEOPLE SUCK!!!!

Auger was lost In transit. No one was interested in helping me. On the 4th call to customer service someone finally helped me I will never purchase from titan or endorse titan to any of my farmer friends

At least so far, I’m very disappointed in the way this product is put together. The issue is getting the attachment on the tractor bucket is poorly designed and won’t stay on the tractor. It needs to be a larger piece of metal to really hold it in place.

The outside extension forks are about 2" out of alignment with the center two hollow channel fork sheaths. Center two sheaths angle upward instead of being level with two outside extended fork, so it will not go under the bundles of sheetrock without damaging the materials. Also, the sheath tapers to quickly instead of allowing our "measured fork width, height and depth" prior to ordering. Our smallest lift forks will only go 3/4 the way into the sheath and therefore we can not pin the attachment correctly behind our forks and the attachments slides off our forks when trying to back out from under the bundles. It isnt operating as it should and right now is a $2000 paperweight. How can we fix this? I've taken photos of whats explained, if you have a way to allow me to sent them to someone, I need too. -Mike Bailey

Pallet frame and forks were NOT SHIPPED ON A PALLET. I wouldn't have cared about a couple scratches because it's a farm implement but the frame sufferred from EXTENSIVE paint damage in transit due to lack of proper packaging. Customer service takes 2-4 business days to respond to emails and after two weeks of back and forth I settled on a 10% refund because I was tired of dealing with their terrible customer service. They repeatedly denied shipping the items separately even though I have pictures of the three separate labels and tracking numbers. What a joke of a company.

I purchased the pallet fork frame and pallet forks, the frame arrived (all scratched down to the metal due to horrible packaging but whatever I don’t care) I go to mount the frame on my tractor and can’t close my quick attach pins. After looking I get out my tape measure and the tabs are off by 1/2 inch from one side to the other. I first send them a message with no response, called and waited 40 minutes then get to someone who directs me to the warranty department. Filed claim with pictures of tape measure showing bad craftsmanship. Get a response to send dimensions ok I guess my pictures with dimensions don’t work. Well here I sit ghosted and leaving this wonderful review. THE CHEAP PRICES AREN'T WORTH IT BUY AMERICA MADE AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS OVERSEAS JUNK! I am now cutting out a 1/2” from one side so I can actually use my product. I should have used my better judgment and bought from the dealer where I purchased my tractor.
