The pallet fork frame and one fork arrived as intended. The second fork has been lost in Fedex for over a week. I have called customer service twice and they won’t even call Fedex. Very disappointed with customer service. I would have purchased somewhere else if I had known I’d still be waiting for delivery two weeks after the scheduled delivery date, with no help from Titan.

Picture showed a weld on assembly - came in pieces that needed to be welded together to make the assembly. Assembly does not fold together on machine when not needed. Also no instructions included and went to web site for instructions and was told the site was not safe to use. This has been a mess.

Purchase a Titan hay gripper but it came with flat face hydraulic fittings that do not work on AG tractors. Had to purchase and install AG fittings.

Horrible customer service, complete lack of communication. Has now sent me two different tractor attachments that showed up unboxed and completely destroyed due to a lack of packaging.

I received part of my order and that was good. Now I have been calling over and over for the status of the second half of my order. The last three times I have called they apologize and tell me they are going to check on it and call me back… then no one calls back so I call again 1-3 days later, same routine. So frustrating. The first two items I received seem to be working well so far.

Part did not fit SSQA. Bootom part is about 1/2” off and will not allow stump bucket to lock in.

The delivery service did not contact me to arrange delivery or Notify me that they had left the attachment on the side of the road. Not on my property.

Titan sent me the wrong size belts. Called Titan to ask for a prepaid label for return the belts. Customer service staff is very in experienced. It took three day for them to figure out how to do a return before they sent emailed me the prepaid label for the return. It’s very frustrating!

Zero directions, so good luck with what bolt goes where. For me I couldn’t get one door to work. It wouldn’t close. I loosened all the bolts and re tightened (granted this took me some time) and still the swing gate won’t close. Probably about a 1/4” off. Not really happy right now, nor is I happy with the customer “service. Great quality though

Bought the “extreme root grapple rake attachment” for my land clearing business and it is absolutely useless. The FIRST time I used it, I went to pick up a decent sized tree stump and bent the cross member causing the grapple bucket to not close all the way. It has gotten progressively worse, to the point I waste a ton of time when I’m picking up tree limbs. The location they place the hoses is horrible (expect busted hydraulic lines), the metal pieces that attach to the skid broke off so it fell off and damaged my skid steer, connecting the hydraulic lines to my skid steer are also hit or miss. Whenever I reach out to customer support to check on my warranty claim “Shea is always busy or not there today”. I’ve been trying since June 18th to get a claim worked out even though they say it should take 24-48 business hrs and NOTHING has been resolved. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money on a grapple bucket from somewhere else. I’ll be surprised if this even gets put on the website because theirs only 5 star reviews.

I bought a Titan 169101 trailer moving attachment for a skid loader, it was advertised as weighing 104lb. The attachment I got was less than 70lb. It was the one they had listed, but Titan uses deceptive advertising to lure customers into thinking they are getting a superior product. It was an inferior product. I told them I didn't want the bait n switch item they sent me. I am still waiting for a return shipping label.I have been back and forth with them for several week now, just got with my credit card company and disputed the charge. Titan is a never again for me. They did send it on time.

Could not get a simple order correct. A damaged mailing label delayed delivery by weeks, and when the implement finally arrived, its dimensions were not as advertised and it would not work for the intended use. Whereas their compensation was fair, the lost time and added effort to sort out problems was significant.

The item, a rolling tool cart was re-boxed and not in its oriiginal box: red flag. It was probably a return. The bag with all of the bolts and nuts was missing so I had to buy the hardware that should have come with it. While the item was not damaged it was incomplete. I won't buy from this retailer again.
