I bought 3 attachments for my kubota SCL 1000. Grapple, forks and trailer hitch plate. The only thing that fit was the trailer hitch plate. The quick attach plates were to small. Contacted warranty team with pictures. I only received a run around for roughly 2 weeks wanting more pictures etc. This company is super shady when you ask to speak with a manager they reply we don’t have contact information for managers. Never heard that before. Needles to say I fixed the attachments to fit my machine so I didn’t have to deal with them but not everyone has those resources so beware you get what you pay for. To be clear they offered my money back but that doesn’t really fix my problem I still need the attachments. They would never own up to the fact they have poor craftsmanship. The machine that is in their sales advertisement is the same machine I own!!

I was exreemely disappointed in this product. IT DOES NOT SPECIFY THAT THIS WII NOT FIT A QUICK ATTACH HITCH !!!!! I am shipping it back unforunately at my expense !!!!! I will not buy anthing else fro TITAN !!!

The cat 1 quick hitch seems ok. The Standard Series 3 Point Gooseneck Trailer Hitch and Hay Bale Attachment bent the first time I used it. The gooseneck ball isn’t far enough out for me to turn my gooseneck. I turned maybe 45 degrees and bent the two brackets that support the top link. The gooseneck trailer hitch is a poor design and binds against the quick hitch. I would not recommend anyone to purchase this for a gooseneck trailer.

Was told they would reimburse me 100% if I purchased correct pallet forks so I did that and they still shorted me 20% of my refund. Told me multiple times it was coming and it never came. I’ve left multiple emails and called them. I will never order anything else from titan website

I was sent the wrong item then had to prove that the wrong item was shipped. Drive to fedex and back and still not have the item ordered because no replacement is available. In summary 2.5 hours stolen from me with nothing to show for it. I’ve purchased multiple items from Titan over the years they usually get the job done (with a little bit of tweaking) the redeeming value with Titan was promptness and accuracy on your order. Now that I can’t count on that then you won’t receive my business.

We fully understand purchasing a stratch and dent piece but this was missing a piece. There was no indication that it was missing pieces or we would have requested and purchased the missing part at that time. Need to be more clear on what you are selling.

So far my order has been a nightmare. The product arrived used and rusty with paint missing. It had been scraped up badly in shipping and your company is blaming fedex saying they didn’t package it right. Instead of just swapping me out for a new one, your trying to have me pay to return the item and then pay a %15 restock fee for an item you’ll turn around and sell as new again. I’m am very displeased with your company. I just want a product that is new and not rusty the day it arrives at my farm. Please contact me back with a phone call so we can resolve this.

The wrong stump grinder was sent too Saia trucking. I refused the stump grinder because it was the wrong one and a more expensive one was sent I thought I was doing the right thing to send it back and that when the trouble started. I was treated like I was sending it back because I didn't want it which wasn't the case.I sent emails to send me the right stump grinder went back in forth for two weeks yet my Credit Card was charged and drawing interest with no stump grinder. my wife decided to call. Lovely helped out saying my order was canceled and reordered the right stump grinder. Called back in a couple of days to find out my order was canceled again. Jo helped us out saying she reordered but she found out that it was going be shipped the same day and she helped by giving me a tracking number. I called Saia and the tracking number was wrong it had to many 8 in the tracking number. I finally got it September 5 because I personally went pick it upI drove a hour and a half because they couldn't deliver it until September. I give Lovely and Jo 4 stars. Now Esther Bayani I give 0 stars what she done which I still have all of the emails that we went back and forth I even wanted her to call me I gues I wasn't worth her time. You can thank Lovely and Jo because It came really close for me to cancel the order. My number is 985-688-0392

The product description needs to be more accurate. If you are purchasing a 49” bale spear, it should read 49” total but 42” working. I would not have bought it and too much a hassle to return.

Bought 3 of the mini skid plates and a grapple. The plates fit fine but the grapple mounting plate was made too large and unusable. I spent an hour on the phone to get passed around and told it’s a warranty issue which a week later is still not handled. I have a 2021 Vermeer ctx100 and have 7 attachments of different brands. I had a need for it and planned on using the day it arrived. I hooked up The quick connects to makes sure it moved properly they are also defective and leaking. I will contact my charge company soon to dispute the charge if not resolved quickly.

I ordered a new John Deere pallet forks and a weight ballast box. The forks were terrible packaged and scratched up. I opened a case on it and I might as well been talking to a fence post as nothing was done, and I sent two followups. The ballast box is poorly made and it will never hold sand as the door on it is poorly constrcuted. I would not buy here again!

DON NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TITAN ATTACHMENTS. Worst experience. Recieved a used product instead of new product. Its been weeks since the delivery still waiting for Titan to provide me a return label for a refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR PRODUCTS. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Titan should be shameful of their business practices and treatment of customers. Customer service is farmed out overseas to people who don't understand you, don't care about you or your issue. Don't care about resolving your issue. BUY FROM ANOTHER SUPPLIER. DO NOT BUY FROM TITAN ATTACHEMNTS
