horrible delivery, horrible attachment, horrible warranty, horrible customer service. Got my attachment delivered 2 weeks ago, it came defective, been going back and forth with customer service to get it fixed, but they changed their mind on what the issue is twice already. At this point i just wanna send it back.

The spear and sleeve were not compatible so they said I would get a full refund on my order but was only refunded half of it for one part.

I received the standard 48 inch pallet fork and they failed in less than a week. One fork fell off due to the poor quality failure of the frame. I contacted customer service and they would not stand behind their product. About $900 spent and a customer lost for a lifetime.

The top sprocket was not included in the shipment and when I called I was told it was on back order with no eta. This was very frustrating since I had hay ready to be put up. When the part finally came it was disassembled with no instructions on how to assemble or install. I am not satisfied with the treatment and would like to be contacted as to how to repair this. Shop elsewhere. I am a repeat customer, but I will never make another purchase. After-sales support and warranty don't exist. Zero attempt to make things right. Just look at their 58% Facebook rating; it speaks volumes. Weak sides on the mast where the upper fork attaches (can't recommend using the outermost setting). The second use, the upper portion bent, from "misuse"(according to Titan "fitness"), moving a pallet well within their 4k rating. Dangers and a liability. Will never recommend this brand. I am now unable to use the outermost settings and don't trust the product at this point. It is still shiny and has shipping labels on it. Been in construction for almost 20 years. I don't "misuse" my personal items I invest in. As a side note, was told it would ship same day, from one state away. Over one week later it arrived and not due to the shipper..

The most unimpressed with customer service that I've been with any company in a while. I was setting up my order for a plow, went through as my preference was to look at the "Bread" financing options over 24 months. I set it all up - then when going through it again to make sure everything was set, it then switched to a previously used credit card that I purchased an item with in the past. It then processed and put it on my card. Immediately I realized the mistake and messaged (since you cannot call on Sunday when I ordered) customer service to please NOT ship and that I needed to make the payment change on this order. No response. I had to reach out AGAIN and I was told that oops - too bad, we don't respond on Sundays, but now that you're reaching out again - it looks like we somehow shipped it without reaching out to you. I then requested to change the payment method as I still wanted the product and I was told too bad - we don't make any changes once an item is ordered, the only option is to cancel, return the item (with 20% restocking fee) and then to reorder from your preferred method. Unbelievable. Will NOT be ordering from this company again. Haven't even received the product yet and I'm already thoroughly unimpressed. The useless rep that I spoke with is named Angelo.

Their products are decent however their parts dept. currently being managed by a gentleman named Preston is Non existent, when trying to order parts to maintain 3 of their Gill pulverizers, I asked them to check the size of one of the parts I was ordering to confirm I was getting the correct one, they said it would take a week for them to check the size of the part and then after 2 follow up attempts I made they completely blew me off. Terrible follow up service!!

Order was damage in shipment. Tried to remedy with support. Only willing to give 10% discount due to shipping damage. If I wanted something damaged, would purchases off the scratch and dent site.

Ordered product and received order confirmation. Received an email it had been shipped. It was supposedly checked in to first ups station. Never moved any further after that. After research they did not have no record of my payment and after 9 days it was still listed at the first check in ups station. I talked to someone at Titan and was,supposed to research issue and get back to me. Never heard from them.

We try to never leave a negative review, however we have never had an experience like this. We ordered forks for our skid steer which arrived damaged. We provided photos of the item immediately. We were provided with an RMA but expected to ship the items back on our dime! We called numerous times to get shipping labels, were forced to wait on hold a ridiculous amount of time only to be hung up on four times, so far. Still no response. We finally had to dispute this with our credit card company. Still waiting for "customer service".

I reached out to customer service 5 minutes after I ordered with a question. It’s now been 10 days and no response from customer BUT literally 22 emails from them with “deals”. Worse customer service experience ever. Will never purchase from them ever again.

Should have paid more and bought locally. If you like dealing with call centers in Asia, Titan delivery staff who can never be reached by phone/email and local delivery agents who loose phone service for a week, add on fees after purchase to deliver then this is the company for you. Took a week of phone calls, multiple calls per day to get this delivered. Titan doesn’t reply to the call center so you are left in limbo. Don’t waste your time.

I purchased a Titan Pro PTO Driven Stump Grinder. I've not been able to even use it because I'm now on the 3rd hydraulic controller and it does not work either. I called Titan and, of course I was connected with someone who barely spoke English, and he was absolutely no help whatsoever. Titan sent me an email asking me to leave a review and I did, and I still have not been contacted by anyone else at Titan to help resolve the issues. I will never buy from Titan again!

Honestly this was the worst experience I have ever had. My shipment was sent in 3 pieces. One piece showed up but 2 were lost. They provided zero help and told me since I paid for the extra insurance, that they push during checkout, I had to contact Route for a remedy. I have purchased a bunch of attachments for multiple pieces of equipment and I recommend working with a different company. I’m a month in and still no resolution on anything.

Terrible. They don’t stay in the same spot just turning the tractor or skid steer. I even tried tightening them with a Cheater bar to get them extra tight and they still don’t stay in place.

Titan attachments does offer some pretty affordable attachments but buyers beware. I’ve bought multiple attachments from them and after just a couple of uses needed to rebuild a hydraulic piston on my grapple bucket. Simple procedure, just needed some product support to find a seal kit. These are typically $30-$50 depending on the cylinder. Well, Titan refused to provide a manufacturer, or part number for the piston used on my unit. Instead, the only help they would offer is to send me a link to a new $400 replacement piston. That said, if you buy from Titan understand that there is no fixing this stuff, and zero support. You will have to buy it a second time. Spend the money and buy a quality attachment somewhere else, you’ll save in the long run.

I watched many videos of your Drum mowers and they looked great but yall must've made changes because I used it 2 times 1st time gearbox started leaking 2nd time I guess it bent now unusable and since iyall say this was not a material defect nothing will be done.
