3 pt PTO weed cutter: machine is good idea but string design is total failure, trimmer head bad design will not hole trimmer string. But customer service was good.

Item did not fit my mower after having it confirmed by agents 3 times. Customer service refusing to send labels for product to be returned.

Arrived in a timely fashion pins were backwards no big deal to turn them in the right direction but then when I hooked up to my full size forks to pick up a load the forks fell off the attachment never had that happen before sent another response to Titan crickets so far

Attachment broke within a half an hour. been waiting on a part since Augest 5th I will withhold judment depending on the part repacment time. The flail mower looks very well built.

The shipping container was damaged and One of the pins and springs was missing and the bolt was out of the other one. I called and can’t seem to be able to talk to anyone that can help. I was left on hold for 10-15 minutes. I finally hung up. I can’t use it until I get replacement parts. I’m willing to pay for them if necessary. Please help.

Purchased this for a job, it was not working when it showed up sent video to titan. They said it need a new part but it was going to be 1 1/2 months before they could send the part to me , I said the job I bought it for would be over by then and if they could not fix it before then that I would like to return it and they refused to take it back. Now I bought a brand new item that is broken and unusable

I would like to give the product a chance BUT I Still have not recieved it. I had called Titan's customer Service twice as well as FEDEX. Unfortunately, 2 weeks later and a unknown delivery date on the item that I wanted is frustrating. What make thing worst is i had bought a blank skid steer plate for a future project and it was delivered a few after the 2 items were ordered. They wer both ship on the same day. NOT HAPPY PS required to put some star rating can re-adjust if I ever recieve my product

It has been 3 weeks since my item was supposed to be delivered and I am still waiting. My tools are my livelihood. I purchased a product from you so that I could expand my offerings. Once the item was lost I would have expected a company as big as yours to provide a replacement. Instead I've been told to just wait weeks. If I didn't need the attachment, I would not have ordered it. Good customer service would have issued me a refund or a replacement part after the first week it easy missing.

I’m not really happy with Titan attachments right now. First of all it arrived and the crate was demolished. I ended up getting a scratch and dent unit even though that’s not what I ordered. Second of all, there’s a big decal on the crate that says made in China. I did not know I was buying a Chinese product because it’s not labeled anywhere on your website. I do not typically buy Chinese products. I thought I was purchasing a product made in Tennessee like some of the other titan products I have purchased in the last two years. Lastly the unit automatically to one side when I lift it up. This is not how this unit should be. The hydraulic unit should keep the more deck in place when you lift the three-point hitch and not slide all the way to one side automatically.

I have spent TONS of money with this company and I will NEVER order from them again. I ordered a skeleton grapple and the way they made it, the grapple when completely open would smash my connections on my Kubota 75-3. I told them.the problem and they refused to fix it or replace the grapple without charging me 20%. Based off of their customer service.....I am DONE with this company!!
