“The unit itself seems very heavy duty and I’m excited to try it out…but I can’t. The first unit was delivered but all of the pins, bolts and nuts fell out of the holes in the box it was shipped in. They couldn’t find replacement pieces to send me, so they shipped out a whole second unit but it too was missing pieces. I have almost all of the pieces now and I’ll just pick up what I need from Lowe’s at this point. Customer service was good but frustrated about the shipping situation.”

“Equipment appears to be well built. Used a little and did what I needed it for. Only complaint is the shipping. Supposed to be delivered on Monday. Did not receive until Wednesday. SAIA had some problems with the tracking.”

“My biggest complaint is the packaging. All of the corners of the cardboard were torn by the time it arrived at my house and the paint was, therefore, scraped off of the corners. One of the brackets that hook to the 3 point arms was bent. Other than that, I think that the product purchased is a good, solid unit. I just wish it had been packaged more securely. Perhaps a wooden crate? Some styrofoam?”

“Would have been a 5 but the condition of the item was not the best when you're ordering a new item you want it to look new FEDX destroyed the box the item was all scratched and nicked up. I don't think anything was missing but I don't know. my husband will when he gets it. When you're giving things like this for a gift you want it to look new. I bought things from you in the past and had no issues. FEDX is not the best way to ship.”

“Grappler work fine, but being somewhat of a novice, it would have nice if someone would have explained the needed 3rd function, a photo would have easily led to the fact that my loader has a Euro function, and I eventually had to buy an adapter.”

“Great price and arrived quickly. The forks seem well-built. The only problem is I had to grind just a little off one of the bottom pins to make it fit but it didn't take much and wasn't a big deal to me. Overall I would buy it again!”
