“Unexpected order was a pleasure to me”

“I ordered 2 of the 4' X 4' HEAVY DUTY DRAG HARROWs @ the sale price of $199.97 during the Black Friday sales event and the very next day pricing dropped to $139. Called customer support and they were useless. I received my items and was able to link the two together which was still cheaper than the next size up (4.5' x 5'). This drag harrow seems to work fine thus far, doesn't seem very aggressive to where it will tear your ground completely up, but I will use it a few times over time to level my open ground.”

“My order was completed without incident. Shipping came in 3 different parcels roughly a week apart. As for the product itself, it works perfect for what I need. Won’t hesitate to order from Titan again.”

“Price was cheap. Could have more bracing. Came slightly bent needs straightening. Expect to do some welding to make stronger. Overall you get what you expect but a decent start point.”

“Titan fulfilled the order faster than I expected and was everything it was advertised to be, the only drawback was that one of the ripping shanks was lost in transit it looks like, the pin was there, but the shank had fallen out somewhere along the way.”

“Shipped promptly and was packaged well. Well built. Will need to swap out the hydraulic lines for Much shorter ones. Fits most attachments except my OEM Bobcat bucket because of the bucket attachment pockets. I’ll need to modify one or the other to use the dirt bucket. Bonus was the included the hydraulic disconnects.”

“I ordered the middle buster in October, it was shipped and then stalled and got lost in Utah. After 4 weeks of waiting, another one was shipped and arrived fairly quickly. The box was pretty busted up and one bolt and one nut was missing. Luckily I have a stash of such items. All in all the implement looks pretty well put together. I probably won't know how well till spring now that the ground is frozen. I think shipping methods need to be reviewed.”

“Cheap bolts on 3 point rake. Stripped 2and broke one putting it together. Scratch & dent 3 point hitch came missing parts. The picture of the item showed the parts. Misleading!”

“Overall the product works fine. When the pallet forks and frame were received, there were large amounts of paint scraped off of the edges of the frame from not being packaged or wrapped in plastic. This is not a big issue being that it will happen with use, just figured it would at least be wrapped in plastic. Assembly went fine and all products fit together as they should and hooked up to the loader without issue. When it came time to remove the pallet forks, it took some finagling to get the retention pin to release being that the outer part of the frame where the pin latches seems to be a little larger than it should be or at least not chamfered on the edges to allow the retention washer to slide the way it was designed. Again not a huge issue, will just need to make some minor modifications to allow easier removal.”
