“Ordering from Titan Attachments is easy. Usually quick delivery. I haven't had a chance to use what I recently purchased, but past products I've bought worked well until they broke. It broke just after I bought this last attachment and it was just out of warranty by a month with minimal to no use and the wouldn't do anything about it breaking. They don't stand by their products at all. I've also bought quite a few products from their gym equipment company. Everything from this company is on the cheaper made side, but the price somewhat reflects that. Just figured it would hold up better than it did. The product I recently bought arrived all scratched up which isn't a big deal because it's a skid loader attachment and will get scratched, but for the price I figured it would arrive in like new condition.”

“The pallet forks were shipped quickly from Titan. FEDEX scattered the three pieces, damaged the label on one, and it took another week for the final piece to arrive. These are shipped bare so expect to get lots of cosmetic damage from the shipper. Other than that the pallet forks are fine, quality wise, and fit my tractor well.”

“Tried to find where it was made before I purchase it but could not, was disappointed to see made in china when I received it. But after inspection seems to be made well. Delivery was fast and damage free. Fit on loader with no problem.”

“I ordered a scratch and dent pallet fork/bale spear attachment for my John Deere compacts...Fed Ex lost the package, and Titan was on it and got me another, or the same one very quickly they were very responsive! Not Sure if the scratch and dent was because of the color but the tint of paint was not JD green, although I was ordering a scratched model at a discount, I was planning on touching it up when I got it....I will just have to paint the whole thing...Build looks nice and I wanted a light weight unit for my smaller tractors...I have built HD pallet forks before, and I could not build it for what it cost. I would recommend.”

“Haven't used Tree Puller yet -- put impressed with how heavy and stout it is. My only issue was the delivery: I had to pay $50 extra (was not Free Delivery as advertised) and was expecting Lift-Gate delivery. FedEx Freight called night before and I asked if Lift-Gate, agent said yes. Delivery came on-time, but no lift-gate. Borrowed a tractor from neighbor to unload. I contacted Titan to ask what the extra $50 I paid was for? That delivery was not lift-gate. Never got an answer if the delivery was supposed to be by lift-gate or not... and asked if I paid $50 for service I did not receive? Did not get answer -- only said the $50 delivery fee was for items over 150 lbs (in fine print) -- which is probably every single Titan item. So, not FREE SHIPPING as advertised. and no Lift-Gate Service, followed by not clear response by Titan Cust Svc. I don't like surprises!”

“Very pleased with my forks, the whole thing took less than a week. My only complaint is the packaging could be better. Mine arrived all scratched to hell and I guess I should have ordered scratch and dent if that's what I was gonna get.”

“The product seems well made I haven't used it much but it looks like it will be a good item to have around. The only thing I noticed was that the receiver is a little larger than it should be and the hitch is loose.”

“Box came destroyed. Item was scratched and could of had a better trip. Packaging needs to be improved it was open missing all paperwork that was included.”
