“I’m very disappointed at the on line description of the item I purchased. I went ahead and purchased the item on a vague description and now I am finding it’s impossible to return due to shipping cost exceeding the cost of the attachment I purchased. customer Service seems to be unable to assist me with returning the item using their shipping discount which I’m willing to pay.”

Hi! We're sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations and that the online description was not as clear as you had hoped. Upon reviewing your account, we can see that a return has been authorized for you, and as a courtesy, we have waived the restocking fee. While shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, we wanted to help make the return process a little easier. We appreciate your feedback regarding the product description, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve. “The grapple attachment is awsome. It works well. The installation instructions are very poor. I had to YouTube a lot of the installation.”

Hi! We're glad to hear that the grapple attachment is working well and meeting your expectations. We do apologize that the installation instructions were not as clear or detailed as they should have been. Having to rely on YouTube videos to complete the setup is not the experience we aim to provide. We appreciate you pointing this out, and we'll use your comments to help improve our instruction materials. If you ever need assistance with setup or have any other questions, our Customer Support team is always here to help.
