“It took a little time to order only because you guys have lots of options and that's a good thing. It arrived 3 days later. I would order from Titan for all my implements needs. Good job thank you”

“DONT DO IT! Buy elsewhere! Titan is selling poorly engineered and incorrectly welded up attachments that don’t even match what they show on their web site and they wont make it right! We have a total failure of their expensive cement mixer for our skid steer. On the first day it sheared its drive bolt and jammed in such a way the only way to get it apart would be a cutting torch. Upon looking at this mixer we received. Its blade drive is a shaft in a tube with just a bolt to transmit all the force in sheer. Their web site clearly shows a square bar in a square tube for transmitting the rotational forces and the bolt is just to for alignment. And the blades are over an inch away from the drum so it left dry material and didn’t mix well. AND the mixer blades are welded on backwards, so it won’t properly discharge concrete. We have for three months been arguing with their Chrisina their AI customer service, their personal only anser the phone to sell and take your money. Clearly Titan is a marketing company without a proper engineering staff selling Chinese attachments they will not stand behind.”

“Hitch came in not boxed scratches all over missing a handle. On the other side where the handle goes it was bend down from shipping. I am very disappointed because I paid good money and got a missing parts, bent and scratched hitch.”

“Order process was easy, and the staff was helpful. Answered all my questions. Delivery was easy and streamlined. The tree puller made my job of clearing fence lines a one man job. Attached to bucket of my tractor without difficulty.”

“I purchased the 57” ditch/bank flail mower. It arrived promptly, but I did have to contact the shipper as they apparently didn’t have my proper phone number. It caused a 5 day delay in receipt but it finally arrived. It was well packaged and it does take some assembly with the help of a floor jack and tractor forks to lift the heavy assembly items. After tightening all nuts/bolts, filling the gearbox with oil and greasing the unit I finally got a chance to test it. Works great and it’s way more quiet than my 5’ brush hog. Now I’m preparing to use it more frequently. Seems to be well made for the price point”

“This is a nice product, and the second one I have purchased. HOWEVER, the first one came without the pallet forks, and the freight company finally located the missing pallet forks. But the two stepped pins in the lower positions were missing, and never recovered. To make matters, worse, I failed to reaqch a human for investigation at Titan. I finally gave up and just ordered some off of the website along with the second frame. But they are different than the stepped pins used in this product. I would like you to send me a new set of stepped pins for the lower connectiing points. I like your company and you are at the top of my Go To list, but I'm disappointed in the lack of customer support.”
