“I purchased the blade to use on my gravel driveway. The blade folds under when put under a load and forces you to stop. Hoping it will at least work to push snow. The blade seam well-made but doesn't work as expected”

“I bought the stock grinder that fit a post hole digger not realizing it wasn’t for a PTO application so I had to return it. However, product came relatively quickly, and customer service was great on return.”

“I bought a $8,000 pro series stump grinder, Did not work out of the box. Pin connector blew a fuse on the skid steer, pin on the electrical connector did not work on my machine, the lift cylinder would not go up or down, after changing plug to a 12 volt plug in we could activate the valves, swapped hoses from side to side valves to lift cylinder valves, still no movement on cylinder, You guys said take a video of what was going, did that sent in, told you guys already diagnosed it with a master hydraulic mechanic And you guys said it was in review with your engineer team, just to tell me another week, going on week 3, that you guys are just going to pick it up and scheduled a pick up with out even notifying me, you guys have cost me $thousands of dollars in lost jobs, and no one cares, not I’m heading out of the country and won’t be back till after Father’s Day, and then I have to contact you to come get it I do not a replacement, I want a full refund and I will never buy anything from your company and I’m going to make it my mission in life to let everybody know on every platform I can find of the horrible experience and company customer service is to never buy anything from your company I hope someone with some sort of authority and cares about the company they work for gets this and reads it and does something about it”

“Currently not happy. Grease oil cap missing, suspension chain broke before using attachment, blade flew off lost but washer and blade. Grease fittings broke removing grease gin. Attachment not usable at first attempt”

“The construction is very heavy duty and the hydraulics work well. However for my Ghel 6640 Skidsteer, the top attachment lip of the stump bucket is too narrow and as soon I put lifting pressure on it to try and pry out rocks or stumps, it comes off. I am going to have to weld on another inch or two to the bracket to make it usable. Maybe on other brand or newer skidsteers there is a tighter fit. I have another Chinese made attachment from a different company that is worse. It's bracket was not fully welded like this one and it bent so that it is unusable. All my other attachments have a wider top lip and no issues at all.”
