“This is the 3rd piece I have ordered from Titan. What brought me back for the 3rd order was the quality of the first 2. Heavy construction,Quality welds, good fit. I haven't got to use the medium weight clap on forks much yet but so far I'm please with the performance. Great for handling pallets and very handy for picking up limbs after a tree trimming. I'm using them on a JD 1025R with a 120 loader. You will need a counter weight though, a box blade works nice for that”

“Besides the hay fork, I purchased a pallet fork setup. I could have used some instructions attached to the system on how to get the forks onto the frame, but I figured it out without them. I liked my purchases so well, I decided to purchase a stump box ... however at the checkout, an additional $75 size fee appeared and I wasn't happy because the ad noted: "free shipping". Titan should let us buyers know prior to checkout of additional fees. I chose not to purchase simply because of that surprise. Perhaps a $500 prize may change my mind.”

“I bought the 53" drum mower that broke after about ten hours. I've tried calling customer service and never get someone to answer the phone, I've emailed the warranty department which says they will get back to you within 48 hours and I've been waiting four business days for a reply as to how they're going to remedie the problem since they don't seem to carry any parts or have another cutter to take parts from "everything I need to fix it is out of stock" so I emailed that if they couldn't get parts then they should refund my money so I can use it to buy a cutter somewhere else and all I get is a auto reply saying they got my email. I would not recommend anyone buy anything from this company.”

“Pretty happy with the grapple. Easy setup and build quality seems very good. One addition I would make would be to add the hydraulic hose "tie down/clamp block" capable to be on either side of the grapple. The setup it comes with would work great for a skid steer, but most tractor hydraulics will be coming from the other side as mine is. This makes the hoses a little tight when fully curled in the down positon and cause them to pull out of the block. Easy fix, doesnt take away from the overall nive piece of equipment.”

“It's been a nonstop, horrible experience. They don't deserve one star. I called them to see if this would work on my tractor and they said it would. It won't. It will hook up OK, but it's way too heavy for my compact tractor. I don't know why they even have this compatibility department. They said I have to pay for freight back, but they will waive the restocking fee. When I asked them where to return it no response. So I looked at the sticker that is on the unit and sent it back to the address, which is no longer good so then I had to pay to send it to Tennessee. They refused to take in responsibility for recommending the wrong equipment and for not getting back with me I hate to guess how many times I reached out to them and they won't call me back. Their emails say they will, but they haven't. This is a very, very short version. There's even more problems with them.”

“Seems like a well built attachment. I did have a bit of an issue bolting the uprights on as the bolt holes didn't exactly line up. A few minutes with a grinder fixed that.”

“There was a learning curve when I first started using it, I couldn't see where I was placing the tip. After a while I was able to master it, The product is made of heavy metal and will be 1 of my favorite tools for many years to come.”

“I have purchased 3 attachments and couldn't be happier. One that was shipped have some damage but Titan was able to fix the issue. I have used another company and that experience was absolutely horrible the customer service was disgusting. Titan is an amazing company and their customer service is great.”
