“Order was delivered promptly. I was concerned that upon delivery the packaging was pretty badly damage. I unboxed and inspected it and found 1 lube fitting had been smashed. SInce I purchased the shipping insurance, I filed a claim and the response was prompt. They sent a whole new attachment within days. Great cistomer service!”

“Grapple has a significant design flaw. When the cylinder totally contracts it forces the hose into the hinge, since they welded the port on the cylinder parallel to the cylinder there's only one inch of clearance between the between the top port hose and the cylinder hinge thereby smashing the hose every time it cycles. They build it 180° different than Land Pride builds theirs, where they're cylinders mount on the top and the arms run the grapple. So far Titan has done nothing but tell me it's because I have it mounted on a Kubota tractor. They apparently did not look at the picture I sent. The problems on their side I will repost should they do anything!”

“5' rock bucket is surprisingly solid (though "made in China" prominently displayed on the back). Massive teeth are great at dislodging rocks in banks or breaking up compacted driveways. It is HEAVY at 650 pounds. I also have a fork frame (USA-made) that is very well built and easy to use.”

“I purchased a 3point 6ft landscape rake with the bolt on wheels. It arrived in good condition in a steel slat crate. Assembly was simple, no missing parts and everything fit. I have used it several times, it was great at leveling my newly turned pasture, the wheels made it a breeze. It is a solid built piece of equipment. The only short cut that was taken is the wheel spacers. They are a very sloppy fit, appear to be cut from thin wall conduit tube and won't last long. I will buy some proper spacer from my local farm supply. This is the only reason it didn't get 5 stars.”
