“Everything would have been great if all the pieces had come with the original order. And when I sent a complaint about it the support department took five days to get back to me.”

“Customer service was great. The equipment is 4 star because the pins and cotter key on the locking handles are 1 star. Pretty disappointed with those small pieces of hardware. They were bent on the first day of work. I'm still at 4 star because they're not broken and the equipment still operates as should, otherwise it would be 3 star. Still, great value compared to iMatch.”

“The tool worked as it should. The package again was damaged. The tool was scratched. To put the weight of the tool in a cardboard box I think is crazy. I was able to talk to customer service. They told me that I should have payed to make sure that my tool would be delivered safely. The tool should be packaged differently so I don’t have to pay for it to arrive safely to my destination.”

“This thing is beefy, wow. I had to raise my 3 point to be able to move the tractor. Consequently, I was only able to run it 20 ish inches below the ground. With a little fine tuning, I might be able to go 24-25. Worked great on clay soil with my 29.4 hp Kubota. The down side is it will not fit my Speeco quick hitch. This is my issue for not properly researching. The Speeco Hitch is about a 1/2 inch narrower than the Titan. I need to check my back blade, which doesn’t fit the Speeco hitch either, but may end up with a Titan quick hitch.”

“Packaging on products is not very good. The boxes were all trashed when the products arrived. Some scratches on product due to the poor packaging. Green paint quality on the quick hitch was average at best but otherwise acceptable.”
