“Had a great experience for the first time ordering something from Titan Attachments. Placed an order expecting to see the product in 5-7 business days and received it in 3 days. I'd say that is pretty good service. However, after getting emails about the sale price of the product I was interested in would soon be ending (so I paced my order to take advantage of the 10 % reduced sale price) I see that the very next week it is at an even more reduced sale price of 25 %. Not happy about that.”

“All the attachments that I bought seem to work relatively well but the tree grabber leaked like crazy. Worked well if you continuously want to put hydraulic fluid in your reservoir. Very disappointed for what I paid that it leaked that bad near the hose fitting”

“Arrived with paint chipped in a few spots during shipment. Very pleased with how quickly shipped and arrived a few days after I ordered it. The tool holders would have been better if plastic or rubber used on tops to prevent damage to wooden handle tools. Loved the product and will definitely be making future purchases with Titan Attachments.”

“The hoses are a lot shorter than my other attachments, and the hydraulic value on the front will need to be guarded better. The fitting of the grapple to the front loader should be easier had to do a lot of grinding to get it to fit properly. Overall the grapple works well.”

“Had a great experience with Titan and it’s product. The only recommendation I have is to eliminate Federal Express for your shipping. They are totally unreliable and they beat up your product as they carry it.”

“Shopping was great but you delivered a product that wasn’t all the way assembled and no assembly instructions. I found a card taped to the machine that said go on our website for assembly instructions. Your website provided a IPB, Illustrated Parts Breakdown not assembly Instructions. This machine can hurt you bad if not run properly. The engine can get messed up if not set up with oil etc correctly. There should have been very specific worded instructions with pictures on how to put this thing together and how to operate it. It took me and another person about 3 hours before we felt like it was ready to be started. It started with no issues. I have yet to take it out and try it yet. Hopefully it’ll clear my trails without issue. The price seemed very fair.”

“Ordering was easy and delivery time was very fast. Only downside is they standard 7/16" lynch pins would not fit in the pin holes. Had to grind them down some.”

“The forks are a pain to slide. Also the paint was already chipped when arrived. When putting on the forks I could see why the paint was already gone because the forks took off the paint effortlessly as well. Would be pleased with a more durable paint/powder coat. Also possibly a little more wiggle room for the forks to slide. Other than that they work great. Would buy again.”

“Was told delivery was on Friday, then I was told Monday. So, I wasn't there Friday and it was left there by my driveway. Maybe that's fed ex's problem 🤔”

“Once the order was processed, The delivery was very prompt. The only issue I have is when I first ordered the parts I was told they were out of stock and I would be notified when they were in. This did not happen and I had to reorder without knowing if they were available or not. Otherwise all was good.”
