“Had an issue with the delivery of the product. The first shipment was lost. Titan customer service representative was extremely knowledgeable and assist with the process of a new product being delivered after the 10 day requirement of the first shipment being not found. The product was as expected. Only issue was the shipment of the product.”

“It would be great if Titan would let the purchaser know if they are receiving more than one package and when. That would clear up any possible confusion on what isn’t delivered at one time.”

“I purchased a three-point hitch eight-foot grader blade. In general, it's well made. It does, however, have a few flaws. The method used to hold the blade in place while sliding it side-to-side provides far too much play and it makes repositioning difficult. The rotation plate has 3/4 inch holes for location, but the holes are not truly round and most will not accept a 3/4 inch pin. The blade is provided with a 5/8 inch pin. It was too sloppy and the blade working against the ground damaged the pin and the holes within the first 20 minutes of use. I'll be trueing the holes and welding on more bearing surface for 3/4 inch pin to handle the torque of the 8 foot blade.”

“Box was heavily damage upon arrival to my home. However, there didn't appear to be any damage to the chipper. The worst part of the process was that there is no instructions to assemble this thing. No paper and not online. I found this odd. But, after figuring it out, I was able to get it together without much effort. There is still one wire that is hanging free from the engine and not sure where it goes. I tried to start it, and it wouldn't start. Turns out that the STOP button on the chute was engaged already. So if it doesn't start for you on the first attempt, look for this. After disengaging this stop switch, it did start and chip okay. So I do not know where the last un-connected wire goes or what it's for.”

“The quick attach hitch I purchased was relatively easy to install however fine-tuning the hooks and adjustments to a little time but seems to work fine. Much easier than without. The locking levers don't lock far enough open...would be nice to have an adjustment for that. Overall an satisfied”

“Received full order on initial delivery proposed date. Total of approx 320 lbs shipped via FEDx 3 different deliveries on 3 delivery dates. The order was for a pallet fork system. Received one ford on first delivery date, then second fork on a following second date, then the frame rail on a 3rd delivery date. Dont understand the routing of different pieces, as one fork ended up doing south to Sacramento, CA before getting routing north to Washington State. Seems the cost of delivery would cost more. Other then that I received my order on date projected.”

“Order got here faster than expected. However the forks I purchased are not level. Looks like they were welded out of square. We will see how good their CS is. Haven't gotten to use the grapple yet, but looks like it should do what I want.”

“Overall happy with the value of the pallet forks. They appear to be well built and in the week I've used them, have done everything I expected. Super quick shiipping. My one complaint is that I don't believe they meet the quick attach SAEJ2513 standard, specifically the distance between the latching holes at the bottom was too wide for my tractor. It was approximately 1/2" too narrow on the wide slotted section. Easily fixed but would be nice to not have to cut into my new attachment.”

“The process for ordering and having the attachment delivered went very efficiently. The only issue was the threads for both T-Bolts were damaged. One is completely non-usable and had to be cut off so we can get the fork into the slides.”
