“Was told they would reimburse me 100% if I purchased correct pallet forks so I did that and they still shorted me 20% of my refund. Told me multiple times it was coming and it never came. I’ve left multiple emails and called them. I will never order anything else from titan website”

“I was sent the wrong item then had to prove that the wrong item was shipped. Drive to fedex and back and still not have the item ordered because no replacement is available. In summary 2.5 hours stolen from me with nothing to show for it. I’ve purchased multiple items from Titan over the years they usually get the job done (with a little bit of tweaking) the redeeming value with Titan was promptness and accuracy on your order. Now that I can’t count on that then you won’t receive my business.”
