“Lack of communication. Received part of an order and had to call about the rest of the ordered. The call was made because the order showed complete online without reference to the other item that has not been shipped.”

“Disk is doing a good job. Just right for my New Holland TC30 tractor and the terrain of my 6 acre field. Well made device. Free delivery was surprisingly quick and simple.”

“Free delivery came earlier than projected. Build is very solid. Unfortunately had to grind away about 1/2 in of lower slot so that pin would fit and locks would close. Appears to be a good product otherwise.”

“The perches of an implement was fast and easy but when there’s a problem you’re customer service is terrible! Endless emails and no resolution to the problem. Once you get your money, I’m no longer important. Which gives me great paws to purchase another item from you.”

“Ordered pallet forks. All three pieces were sent separate with FedEx. They came in a regular delivery truck. Shipped fast. I could manage to move all three pieces by myself.”

“I feel like I ordered my rolling aerator and it arrived a couple minutes later. Seriously though, I was expecting a couple of weeks for it to arrive, when in actuality, it arrived in just four days! Awesome! Anyway, it was well crated and very easy to assemble and it works beautifully! I also refer to it as the monster mole-killer because none of the plethora of moles tearing up my property are left to tell the tale after the sharp 3” wedges get done rolling over their underground highway system.”

“After I ordered the product shipping was delayed multiple times my order came in separate packages in each time a package is delivered. It said your order is complete. How do you rate your experience? Very frustrating. There is no communication that it was coming in three separate packages and I had to, prove I didn’t get it all. Very frustrating.”

“Item arrived very prompt for sure. But when I went to start attaching it to my Massey GC1725, I got very frustrated as was not fitting into my bucket. did some minimal grinding to help it slide it, but still was a loosing battle. So I ended up taking it to a welding shop. He just called me and said no way it was going to fit up onto the lip of bucket and will take some major altercation to make it work out. I hope to get it back early next week. It will cost more in welding bill than the attachment cost up front. Not very happy as was really looking forward to a simple installation.”
