“I have a 2025 TYM T25 and the Titan pallet QD slots in the bottom of the pallet were a 1/2 inch off. Had to grind 1/2 inch to get QD to fit correctly.”

“I received my 36" Tow-behind drum aerator with wheel kit and upon attempting to assemble it there were Defective part(s) that prevented the assembly. I immediately reached out to there Support team which calls are takin outside USA( that's a Fail) and to this day( 2 weeks later) I'm still waiting for replacement parts. I will never purchase from Titan again, horrible customer support.”

“I purchased the standard USA made frame and forks due to the lower weight, affordable price, and presumed higher build quality. While it does seem like a sturdy attachment, the assumption it would be higher quality turned out to be wrong. The paint is very thin and was likely already chipping prior to shipping because some of the spots are where they couldn’t have been damaged during shipping. The frame and forks arrived separately and unpackaged with no signature required so I could not refuse delivery as they just left them in my driveway. This resulted in significant cosmetic damage during shipping. At first customer service responded quickly and offered a 10% partial reimbursement. But soon after I discovered this was less than others got and the agent attempted to shift the blame to me for not purchasing shipping insurance on my end. Don’t fall for that scam, it is the responsibility of the retailer and its shipping contractor to ensure the item is properly packaged to prevent damage and safe shipment. Not the purchaser. After this poor customer service experience, poor build quality, and poor shipping experience I have decided I will not be patronizing Titan any more.”

“I did research on the pallet fork attachment for a Johndeere loader. The Titan was more usable with all of the choices you have with the conversion to a bale forks, a receiver hitch plus the pallet forks. Titan is better built with a nice rack to hold the load from coming onto the tractor and was a lower price than the competition. Shipping was free and I received it in a timely manner, I am very satisfied with my purchase”

“Fit my JD 1025R perfectly. Got the 42" forks which have worked well for both pallets and for scooping up branches. I contemplated the 36" but after using the 42 I'm happy I got those.”
