“I had a Tree puller from a more expensive company. It broke in the middle of a tree clearing contract. The original manufacturer took three weeks to send me expensive replacement parts. While waiting,
I ordered a completely new tree puller from Tritan, it was delivered before the repair parts for the other machine arrived. I put the Titan in service quicker and cheaper than repairing my other machine. Now I have two good machines. I like the hoses on my Titan, they are better protected.”
“The 3 Point Hitch adapter is a tremendously handy and well made hitch adapter. It saves lots of energy by saving the operator from numerous jumping from the seat to make alibnment adjustments with the impliment. I reall recoment it to any tractor owner.”
“Seems to be well built. But owning a weld shop, I know a thing or two about fabrication, paint and shipping.
Issues:
1. The tiller arrived scratched and dinged up in a few spots.. the scratch is roughly 2’ long , through the paint / powder coat.
2. Parts of the unit are well made: drive shaft, gearbox, 3 pt hitch assemble, shaft from gear box to gear box and tiller blade assembly .
The tiller body and rear door/guard is another story. Weld look adequate but the paint prep is very poor. The soot and spatter from the welds was never cleaned. Then to top it off, the LTL shipper stuck a sticker to the body and rear door of the tiller and when I removed it, the paint /coating came off with the sticker. Again, it looks like the metal was never cleaned prior to painting.I am very unhappy about this. I have pics to prove.
Shipping time was above expectations.. 2-3 day delivery… 👍🏼👍🏼
I’ve put 1-2 hrs on the tiller and it work really good but Titan failed in the quality and customer satisfaction department. This wouldn’t happen in my shop.
