“Item arrived broken … I’m informed this will be replaced but that has yet to arrive; therefore, I STILL DO NOT HAVE the item I exchanged my hard earned money for.”

“I had a difficult time getting my wood splitter attached to my quick attachment. The bottom plate was bent in the lower left hand side. After bending it back I was able, not without difficulty, get the wood splitter attached. Also the nuts on the top of the push plate were loose and I had to tighten those. I also had to pick the splitter up at the freight terminal. It was supposed to have been delivered and a time was given as to when it was to be delivered but it never came. The next day I got a call from the shipping company saying that it could not be delivered until the following day. So I went to the terminal and picked it up.”

“The attachment itself seems nice, except I can't get it out of the steel cage it arrived in until I can find someone to cut it apart. Also, tracking never updated. Shipping company didn't contact me prior to delivery or during delivery since I wasn't home and just dropped it where they wanted on my driveway in the metal cage that we can't move or access our attachment from. Hopefully you can work to make communication better between yourself, Shipper and the customer”

“Your delivery system is a total failure. The delivery agent notified me at least 4 times of delivery dates that never came to pass, I ended the process after 2 weeks of total frustration by driving my personal truck 175 miles round trip to their depot to pick up the order that was supposed to be delivered to my address. How this del8very company stays in business is anyone's guess. Pathetic.”
