“The grapple showed up via truck transport and was left on the road edge with part of the pallet on the white line of the county road. Two of the zerk fittings were loose (not even finger tight) and the hydraulic splitter coupling wasn't tightened and leaked when pressurized. All concerns were easily fixed and the grapple works great. I have a lot clearing project and this will be extremely handy for handling brush and roots.”

“Packaging and product were very scrapped up on one side and the sliding door leaves a big gap. Does not go down all the way. But it should hold bigger rocks and work”

“PTO shaft was in terrible condition. Teeth were so bad I couldn't even put in on the tractor. Took hours of grinding to get it to slide on. Worked great once I got it hooked up but wasted half my day”

“This was much better purchasing experience. Salesperson didn’t know the different types of flail mower blade, L shaped or offen called hammer blades or the Y shaped. Manual doesn’t have a part number to reference? Fed EX driver was on schedule as the updated me on line for status of delivery.”

“Saia delivery truck dropped it at the street of neighbor. Neighbor told driver that was wrong address and driver said sorry I can't move it. Drove off and left it right next to street. Two neighbors were nice enough to move it to my back porch.”

“What a piece of junk. Poorly made, cheap materials, and the "owners manual" contains a wiring diagram and a parts list. No operating instructions, limits, suggestions, or other useful information. Then, try getting someone on the phone who'll help: can't do it. What a worthless company and product. Stay away!!!”
