“I have not received my full order. When I called your office first time they said it was shipped. Second time you said it is on back order. Then said it was shipped SAIA, but the carrier cannot find it. You billed my credit card for something I have not received!!!!!!”

“You delivered 2 stump buckets instead of the one that I ordered. I had picked it up at Saia's freight terminal as I explained to Saia's representative that called me they could not get down my 800' driveway with 2 brick pillars at the entrance with a semi. When I got there they had 2 on one pallet. I told the fork lift driver I only ordered & paid for one & there was some mistake. He said no it , it called for one pallet & that's what I got? I said OK & called your office while I was still there. They said to just take it & we would work it out later? So I did. Then Saia called me the next day & said a 3rd one was there? How would you rate Titan?”

“Purchased their tree puller. It is a capable attachment at a good price. I've found that the jaw is relatively small, and could use guides to help guide shrubs into the jaws when you can't really see the implement. Protection of the hoses where attached to the ram would be an improvement. Main issue as with other reviews is that none of the hydraulic fittings were tightened, so I had to do that and when I did, I found out that one of the hoses provided would not thread the included Pioneer adaptors even though they appeared identical. After a bunch of fiddling I removed the hose, drove 30 minutes each way to a hose/hydraulic shop, and they found that the hose was British thread, as opposed to the other which was NPT. Only a $7 fix plus a couple hours of my time, but annoying. So, you get what you pay for, and for my purposes this attachment should be fine but I wouln't suggest it for commercial or critical use.”

“I ordered pallet forks for a 1025r. Shipping was super fast and the forks fit perfect. Very satisfied customer. I previously purchased a stump bucket with the same experience from Titan.”

“Was wishing stump bucket was more useful. Is not as much as I thought. Okay as a grapple. Have used so far mainly for moving brush and picking up rocks. It would be great on a track layer,something with more weight. Almost useless on stumps over 2 or 3 inches. Skid steers just dont have the weight or traction.”

“The product is phenomenal. The price dropped by 25% between when I ordered and when it arrived, but I still paid full price. That's a common theme from other reviews. The customer service was very hit or miss, with one guy knowing everything and others not knowing much at all.”
