“While I really like the products, order processing leaves a lot to desired. I placed a large order, $3500, which sat for 3 weeks, no explanation or status given on the website. I finally got in contact with a third rep that told me some tax info was missing. I email the info and the products arrived all within 3 days via freight and FedEx. Not once in those 3 weeks did anyone contact me for the missing info or give/show status updates. How hard can it be to send an email, txt, or call when there is a exception in order processing, it's not like the contact info was missing. 3 stars because the products are great, but the order processing was 0. Better luck next time, maybe!”

“The products were good, but it took 3 follow up calls over 3 weeks to finally get my entire order shipped. It was not a shipping company delay, but a delay in shipping out the in stock product. The process was frustrating at best.”
