“The pallet fork attachment is a heavy duty will made piece of equipment. Tried to attach to my 2022 3032e john deere and the right side pin will not fit. I will have to grind about 1/4 inch off the pin in order to make it fit properly.”

“Product is exactly what was described and what I was looking for. But your free shipping is worth every penny. Came late. Fed Ex keeps telling me it is on it's way. It is sitting in my driveway.”

“The unit looks good and meets expectations. FedEx had some issues with shipping but all parts finally arrived in pretty good shape. A little shipping damage but nothing to impact the function. Customer service was excellent trying to track down the lost part.”

“The bottom 2 points of attachment are different in size (diameter). I have only used it once at this point. I wanted to put sleeves on the bottom connection so that it would be tighter, but unless I try and grind or sand the one side down that’s not going to happen.”

“Little screw up with delivery. But not on Titans side I think it was FedEx. Delayed two days. Once it got here it was missing two bolts. Titan offered to send new ones. I read in some previous reviews that this has happened to others as well. Also there is one connecting point on either side that if you tighten the bolt, the quick connect part won’t pivot. That is where one of the bolts was missing. But if you don’t tighten the bolt it will loosen and fall out. Not sure what I’m going to do there yet. Tack weld the bolt maybe. I have a Titan grapple and couldn’t be happier with it but honestly I think this thing is poorly made.”

“Happy with the product but unhappy that an 18 wheeler was sent to a residential address which caused an inconvenience for me having to meet the 18 wheeler at a different location with a trailer to receive the product. This 18 wheeler should have never been assigned to deliver to a residential address and was very upset I was inconvenience because of it.”

“You guys did fine. Trouble was getting the grapple. After out say in Rapid City a week. I finally just drove an hour up there and got it myself. I had a question and Ralph in Cust. Service answered it promptly. Great build on the grapple. Thumbs up.”

“well constructed. The only complaint is that the 2" receiver tube has way too much play in it. I shimmed the side and bottom and all is fine”
