“The mower arrived on time and was packed well. After a quick assembly (30minutes ) it was ready to go . I did a little modification with the rear tires . I straightened out the tires and build a aluminum frame around it so they don’t move and the mover now follows the towing machine instead of wondering around. Bottom line a good deal for me .”

“Everything seems to be about what I expected. So far only issue we have had was when the quick attach arrived it was all scratched up due to Using the absolutely worst and most destructive shipper known to man. Those purple people.”

“Titan shipped my 6-foot pine straw rake quickly. FedEx made the first package undeliverable and they had to return it to Titan. Titan quickly shipped another. When the second package arrived it too was a little damaged because the rake is shipped in a cardboard box trying to contain 136 pounds of steel. The Tine Support Bar was bent, about 3/4 inch over its length - I don't know if FedEx or Titan did that. Using a few c-clamps, I assembled it and the rake works fine.”

“The shipment was split into two packages and i didn't know that i was missing parts until I tried to assemble the attachment. Ultimately the second package was delivered and everything was OK but i needed to call customer service to determine that a second package was still in transit. Titan provided rest updates about the first package delivery but it would have been helpful to know that the order was split. In addition, a sheet of paper with a parts list and assembly instructions would be helpful.”
