“I still have't received my order. I called them today to arrange collection myself and said it can 48 hours to submit paperwork so I can collect. I need it for an event tomorrow so very frustrated. It has been at their depot since 29/12 1:34pm Pretty angry. Don't use Aramax. they are the worst couriers”

Hi Alex, Sorry you had trouble with Aramex. I can see the order was sent on the 19/12/22 and the ETA was the 3/01/23. 10 days is usually the average delivery time to Perth however cut off times last year were suggested for the 8/12 due to things taking longer than normal over this period. For future orders you're welcome to make a note on your order for us to avoid Aramex and our warehouse team will try to work with you on that.
