Unfortunately delivery over the Christmas period was extended to 14 days and after reviewing your order we can see the item was dispatched within 7 working days of placing the order - though we would like to apologise we didn’t get it dispatched much faster. “Ordered 2 polo shirts which arrived fairly quickly however they were not the size advertised & then others were out of stock.
To be fair a full refund was credited promptly although I'm still waiting for postage refund”

“Goods took over 3 weeks to arrive, had no contact to advise of delivery date, I had to contact TJ Hughes to try to find out if I would receive goods in time for Christmas and no-one contacted me back for about a week and by that time the goods had finally been received. The customer service was poor and the lack of information was very disappointing.”

“I ordered 13th December and they still haven't been delivered to the store so missed Christmas. Unable to get a refund in store as they haven't yet been delivered so now need to figure out how to get the refund on line. Not a great service for me unfortunately.”
