“Still waiting for the rest of my order to be delivered. Said on website all items in stock but still waiting for a delivery date, rubbish service. Aviod”

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent purchase with us and we are disappointed to hear you have experienced a poor level of service. Unfortunately delivery over the Christmas period was extended to 14 days and after reviewing your order we can see the item was dispatched within 7 working days of placing the order - though we would like to apologise we didn’t get it dispatched much faster. Upon checking the relevant Tracking information we can see that the item was signed for on: 14 December 2016 at 01:34pm. “Ordered 2 polo shirts which arrived fairly quickly however they were not the size advertised & then others were out of stock. To be fair a full refund was credited promptly although I'm still waiting for postage refund”

“I am amazed at the price of my favourite perfume from this company, and it's the genuine stuff. I haven't been able to afford to buy this for ages so I am delighted to be able to use it again. My order arrived quickly and I shall buy from this company again. Recommended.”

“Goods took over 3 weeks to arrive, had no contact to advise of delivery date, I had to contact TJ Hughes to try to find out if I would receive goods in time for Christmas and no-one contacted me back for about a week and by that time the goods had finally been received. The customer service was poor and the lack of information was very disappointing.”

“I ordered 13th December and they still haven't been delivered to the store so missed Christmas. Unable to get a refund in store as they haven't yet been delivered so now need to figure out how to get the refund on line. Not a great service for me unfortunately.”

“I ordered various Christmas gifts and products from TJ Hughes on line,the products were all first class quality! At affordable low cost prices! I received a discount for my first order and free postage as my purchase was over £45, The delivery was very efficient, I am delighted with the services provided and And would highly recommend TJ Hughes without hesitation !! I Shopped at TJ Hughes for many years before going on line which I am grateful for due to mobility problems, Their household products are second to none!! Superb quality curtains furnishing and bedding! TJ Hughes is the name you can trust!!”
