“Very poor was told on the website my item was in stock so
I orderd and payed for the items then to be told my item was out of stock and my item would be posted when the item becomes available ... 2. Week late my parcel was .. never ordering anything from here again”

“I ordered perfume for Xmas presents , after 5 days enquirer to be told they didn't know when they would be despatched as one was out of stock, I explained they were. Gifts that died to be posted on, I was told the order would be cancelled and I would receive a refund, Two days later I had an email to say the order was being despatched, I tried to phone for two days but was left on hold for 40 minutes each time, as I had already ordered from another store as I was told the order had been cancelled, that was 11/12/16, I have emailed and disputed through PayPal and am still awaiting a response,

“I was looking for the Cry Baby doll for my daughter for Christmas. I couldn't track my order as every time I tried to I was redirected to the log in page. On an email it stated that my order would be with Yodel. My parcel didn't seem to move from "it will be with us soon" status but stated it would be delivered on or before 20th December to which it was not nor had it still moved from the status said prior. All the while my parcel was actually with Royal Mail with no notification of this courier change. Only thing that was right was the original date the email stated it would be with me.”

“Delivery on time but they did change delivery company which was a little confusing when email arrived saying no parcel but it arrived 4hrs later by a different carrier and no explanation”

“I ordered 2perfumes and 1 aftershave the perfume was delivered to the store in time for xmas unfortunatly the aftershave has still not arrived and they were ordered the same time it has also cost me £4 in phone calls to no avail”
