“Only received 2 items out if 5 ordered with no explanation or advice as to when the rest of the order will arrive !!!”

I have checked on our system and can see that we dispatched you order from two separate warehouses in which we stock the items. “Ordered a pair of size 9 trainers as a birthday present. Received one trainer size 9 and the second size 10. Would not buy online again from this company.”

I have checked on our system and can see that we did dispatch the replacement order 5 working days after you returned the item- and I do apologise that the original items were sent out were odd sizes - this is an issue that has since been looked into with our dispatching team.
