Goods took over 3 weeks to arrive, had no contact to advise of delivery date, I had to contact TJ Hughes to try to find out if I would receive goods in time for Christmas and no-one contacted me back for about a week and by that time the goods had finally been received. The customer service was poor and the lack of information was very disappointing.

I ordered 13th December and they still haven't been delivered to the store so missed Christmas. Unable to get a refund in store as they haven't yet been delivered so now need to figure out how to get the refund on line. Not a great service for me unfortunately.

Really disappointed on the lack of communication and how long delivery took inwont be ordering online again

Very poor was told on the website my item was in stock so I orderd and payed for the items then to be told my item was out of stock and my item would be posted when the item becomes available ... 2. Week late my parcel was .. never ordering anything from here again

Took over 2 weeks to arrive and when it did it looked second hand the packaging was scratched and unsealed.

Curtains took a long time to arrive. Received numerous emails so got totally confused. Curtains were wrong size but wouldn't have kept as very poor quality.

After waiting a few weeks for delivery the packaging looked like it had been run over, everything had been opened inside was not happy at all as they wer gifts for people.

I bought 2 blinds I waited longer than I was told it would be then when I finally got them both the poles off the blinds where bent in the middle plus there was a white stain down one of the blinds but as I have a child and my house is closely over looked I needed the blinds on my windows so I had to use them

The parcel was never picked up from the store as it arrived too late and as it was a Christmas present it had to be purchased again. Please confirm this has been returned and my account will be credited. Many thanks

Would not order again on line. Cost more and still had to collect from store. Also package damaged on opening

I purchased george forman grill from you , i payed postage it went to 59 yarborough GRIMSBY instead of mine they telephone me and i then had to get taxi to pick it up so i was not very happy it was very inconvenient. also i went into my local boyes store only to find they were selling the same george forman for £5 less . yours mrs p sexton

I ordered two pairs of men's Nike joggers, they both arrived overly big and long in length nothing like the Nike joggers bought previously! Also I had them delivered to my home to find they had left a security tag on them which so had to make the trip into the store anyway. Was not impressed first and last time buying here.

I ordered an item online as there was a introductory discount for ordering online of 20%. Four days later I was going into Glasgow town and would have expected it would be there within that time but it still hadn't arrived in store and the store had the item in stock but still wouldn't give me one from stock. So I had to cancel order and buy in store without the discount. I feel that this service is very poor and would have made sense to use item in stock in these circumstances.

Wish I'd read the other reviews before I ordered cost me £4 to return the item as did not fit had next day signed for return delivery and I'm still waiting for the refund . Safe to say I won't be ordering again

I bought a retro record player for my sons Xmas and when it arrived the seals on the box had been previously opened and box was grubby I hoped it was just the packaging but on Xmas day to my dismay it didn't work it was probably a previous return . Still awaiting my refund
