“Delivery on time but they did change delivery company which was a little confusing when email arrived saying no parcel but it arrived 4hrs later by a different carrier and no explanation”

Thank you for taking the time to write your review and for the feedback you have provided. We have reviewed your order and can see that the confusion has occurred due to the fact that YODEL had not been able to send the items due to a scanning error - so they had sent the order back to our warehouse. We reallocated the order to Royal Mail 48hr delivery to ensure the order arrived promptly. We would like to take this opportunity to apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, TJ Hughes

“I thought that the communication was very good and gave realistic updates. One of the items I ordered was not available in the end and I received regular updates and the delivery tracking was very useful.”

“Ordered 3 items for click and collect - which i hoped would be delivered together to save me 2 journeys. No such luck the first parcel was ready within a week of ordering, I didn't pick it up straight away hoping the second parcel would arrive. Eventually i picked the first parcel up, after almost 3 weeks still no sign of the second parcel I emailed customer services and the parcel was available the next day, it had been in store all the time. Besides the above, the website was easy to use, items were what were ordered, but think I would get them delivered next time. Also, I would prefer to wait for a few days and get one parcel with all the items, rather than received separate parcels.”

“Brought a big audio item the staff were very helpful and took it to loading bay so we didnt have to carry it a long distance. A part was faulty we went back to store and they changed it straight away good customer service happy to help and went the extra mile. Well done TJ HUGHES BURY”

“Cheap quality aftershave. Delivery was a little slow but free and over xmas so didn't expect to be really quick overall very happy with the purchases and got a real bargain. Thankyou”

“CustmrSrv was very good but the only purchase that I was waiting for which was a Christmas present for my husband john Paul g was damaged the tin was open at the bottom”

“Product arrived on time. The toy was not damaged but the card box was ripped this is probably due to the fact the toy was packaged in a large plastic sack and was probably damaged in transit.”

“Thought delivery would have been slightly quicker, but it was Christmas, so probably busy. An update of when it would be delivered would have been helpful. I was not sure if the order had gone through. Packed well. Overall happy.”
