“Delivery on time but they did change delivery company which was a little confusing when email arrived saying no parcel but it arrived 4hrs later by a different carrier and no explanation”

“Ordered 3 items for click and collect - which i hoped would be delivered together to save me 2 journeys. No such luck the first parcel was ready within a week of ordering, I didn't pick it up straight away hoping the second parcel would arrive. Eventually i picked the first parcel up, after almost 3 weeks still no sign of the second parcel I emailed customer services and the parcel was available the next day, it had been in store all the time.
Besides the above, the website was easy to use, items were what were ordered, but think I would get them delivered next time.
Also, I would prefer to wait for a few days and get one parcel with all the items, rather than received separate parcels.”
