“The delivery was very fast, the website is good but a little difficult to checkout your items that you buy. for some reason when you go to the checkout it asks you the same question 2/3 times, sends you an e-mail but no delivery date.
I thought i had been charged for the same item twice.
A good thing that you can pay through pay-pal so any difficulties can be sorted via them.

“Good quality jeans. The fit is fairly roomy across the seat and upper legs (thighs) but from the knee downwards they are straight and narrow with a 15inch bottom. These are not skinny jeans but narrower than the standard 18inch of comfort fit jeans. Well made and competitively priced. Quick delivery by TJ Hughes.”

“Having made a special journey to the newly opened Maidstone store I was disappointed that the goods I had wanted to purchase at an 'opening offer' price were full price. The Floor Manager went to check and never returned. Despite the lady assistant being very helpful - and very apologetic about the situation - I decided I wouldn't shop there again.
However, when I contacted TJ Hughes to express my annoyance my complaint was dealt with very efficiently and to my complete satisfaction. It restored my faith in this store so I will be shopping there again afterall.”

“Had problem with purchase couldnt get answer to email or by phone then phoned customer service on monday and Charlotte had it all sorted in a day Faulty item returned and new one delivered working well up to now It was my first online purchase so I did get stressed but all good now”
