“When advertised on TV , it was state led that we would receive a free eye roller, this was not in my package, phoned to ask about this , told this was part of the deal, clearly advertised.I was very disappointed. Not sure if I would order from this site again . Also price advertised was not what i paid. £10. More. 😬”

“Never told me one item was out of stock - I just kept waiting and after asking where it was - was told it was out of stock and a refund would be given. Ordered another item in the same order and paid for quick delivery, but delivery was just standard. Not really happy as I’ve been a good customer.”

“I have been a loyal customer of TJC for over ten years. The recent customer service that I have received concerning unreceived orders has left me disappointed and appalled. I have been continually lied to. Shame on you.”

“Usually very good, but hard to contact someone when there is an issue. It's a shame everything is now delivered in gift bags, the boxes were at least recyclable. Good range of products and a good range of prices. Way too much spam email though”
