“Thx are very poor at getting back when there is a issue. I ordered a watch have not received it. They take there time when a quick discussion like other shopping channel's helps the customer. I do like Chloe and Mark. Oh also there was diamond black earrings which was 9-99 but the charged me a lot on a special event bad TJC. Still I am get money back on a lost male organiser I hope . All total could do more customer service.”

“I placed an order on Sunday evening paid the extra £6. 99 postage for 1-2 day delivery (so expecting delivery Wednesday), only to receive an email Wednesday saying it's only just been dispatched. I should of just had it on the ordinary delivery”

“We ordered a ring for a special occasion to be delivered on Friday and 5 days after delivery date it still hasn't been dispatched after a phone call I was told it wouldn't be dispatched until next day and would take a further 3 to 4 days to arrive so not only did I miss my special day I still won't have it for when I go away for my special holiday I'm very very disappointed in your service especially when you give delivery dates and days past delivery it wasn't even posted its false advertising by your company you don't even notify me to say delivery will b delayed a very unreliable company”
