“Took longer than expected as I was a first time customer. Chased a lot but eventually came just in time for my birthday. Lovely ring. Had my doubts as buying unseen and it was specifically to replace a lost wedding ring of the same design so could have been very disappointed but it’s just what I wanted. Thank goodness!! Thanks for the help along the way.”

“Shopped with TJC ever since it arrived buying jewelry for family and friends. Some jewellery was and still is affordable [inexpensive] and they did strive to obtain rare super deluxe gems [assuming you could afford them]. They did and still show jewellery using sterling silver, plus 9, 14, 18 ct gold and platinum of the highest quality while also coating metals with platinum because of people being allergic to a range of the metals. Then, before other tv channels had to follow suit [diversify] they began selling homeware, cosmetics, perfume, household items, etc; presumably because of supply and demand issues involving gems. I've purchased a range of such items both for personal use and also again for family and friends. Yes, you have to return items without removing any label but they do honor that the items were not suitable or faulty. I did have one incident with the quality of a jewellery item but they did agree and refund me. A pity though that there is so much time now given to selling cosmetics etc; but assume that the TV Channel has to survive somehow. My recent purchase arrived well packed and is as described. .”

“Item purchased was very poorly packaged. This item was a gift. The presentation box was dirty and damaged with a puncture hole in it before it was packaged so the fault lies with TJC and not the post office. I have photos to show the poor packaging. The security tag on the item is so close to the fastening it's impossible to try on without damaging the tag. All in all a very poor experience with TJC and the 3rd poor experience I have had with this company. I won't be buying from them again. The item purchased was a Vincenza collection - Italian make - 9k yellow gold necklace. I will now need to return the item. Very disappointed again with this company 😒”

“Ordered on 30/12. Never received item. Payment taken on 31/12. It is now 14th January. Customer service say " technical difficulties". Will be cancelling order and asking for refund. Not happy!!”
