“The diamond ring I received was advertised as.82ct but on my certificate it was only .75ct, the earrings I received was .75ct diamond white gold but no certificate with them”

“Whilst I am quite happy with the products I've received from TJC, their aftersales service can only be described as truly appalling. I ordered and paid for a number of items from them back in October, but two of the items were not included in the package. I telephoned the company on two occasions, over 2 weeks apart, and both times I had to hold on for approximately an hour before my call was answered. I was then told the same thing: my items were ready for despatch and the representative promised me she would prioritise them. Neither of the items ever arrived, but it took several more phone calls and TWO MONTHS before I received a refund. It would seem that TJC are quick enough to take their customers' money, but not in any hurry to refund it if your items are not available. An extremely poor and unsatisfactory service - hardly worthy of even one star.”

“The wife has been after some diamond earrings for ages. The moment she saw these she fell in love with them. I purchased them as an early 30 year wedding anniversary present for her, needless to say she is over the moon. The quality and service received from TJC has been without doubt FIRST CLASS throughout. Thank You TJC.”

“Over the new year I phoned tjc and was told their office was closed and they had my number and would ring back. That never happened. So I emailed them and got a reply from a member of staff who would resolve the problem for me. Never heard from him again. Unfortunately the item I was trying to contact them with was shipped. Although the item arrived the following day and is great and I still have a problem re sizing. Apart from that all other items arrived safely with no problems. So am rather reluctant to call them again so may have to return the item instead.”

“On the whole, I think TJC is a very good company except for the packaging on people's orders it is insufficient and needs vast improvement, on more than one occasion I have received jewellery damage due to the poor packaging.”

“Eventually after alot of phone calls i got my refund for an order which was cancelled. This took 1 MONTH to get money back to card. Staff were ok BUT ENGLISH IS VERY POOR and needs improving.”
