“Delivery has been good. Have bought some super things, Leighton Denny items, beautiful cocktail ring. Been disappointed in size of earrings. They have been rather small. Good bargain on boots. Have to say some hits and some misses.”

“Look at the times I called to rectify your error in creating my account with the wrong email which you cannot rectify so now if I order by telephone I do not get emails relating to it. Once I have paid the outstanding amount I owe I will not be ordering again from you!”

“Very poor customer service. Ordered an item and the wrong one was sent. Second time this has happened. Contacted customer services to have a returns label sent to me. 1st operator was inept and rude. Wouldn't register my complaint and told me to call back. Second operator although very pleasant advised me on 3/9/21 a postage paid label would be sent. Today is 12/9/21 and I still haven't recieved it. Don't use this company. If you have a problem they won't resolve it. Shocking incompetent customer service.”

“I always have a nosey at TJC because i know that the pictures don't reflect the item as in the flesh. They are always made to a high standard, no matter what price you pay. I have always been happy with everything i've bought.”
