“I have been a customer for well over 10 years and in that time I have purchased some very expensive items of jewellery as well as cheaper items. I can honestly say that I do not buy from anywhere else , trust them completely. On occasions when I need to contact customer service they have been excellent as well.”

“I have had a few items from the Jewellery Channel but I am almost always disappointed. It's usually earrings that I order but no matter how I look at them on screen, on a person or just a stand, the ones I get are always way smaller than I thought.”

“Great products. I enjoy watching and have been with you for many years. My favourite presenters are Mark, Chloe and Kim. My least favourite presenter is Andy as I think he would sell anything and comes from a stick it high sell it low background. He also seems to say things that I find childish. The others are more authentic. Please don’t become like the old bid tv that went bust.”

“I have been a TJC member for ten years and have bought some fantastic things, from diamond earrings to auction items. Very rarely I have returned items due to sizing and have never had a problem with refunds. My items always arrive on time if not before. I love TJC as can always get something a little different and friends and family think I’ve spent a fortune 😜😊”
