“Until recently I was quite pleased with tjc. But unfortunately due to you charging me £10 too much last September, instead of putting it back into my bank account you gave me a voucher code worth £10. I have tried and tried to use it over numerous purchases that I have made since. I have been on to customer services a few times to tell them about this problem and have now been told it is out of date. I don't know if this is how you treat all your customers, but to me it is fraud and stealing. I will not be buying from tjc again and have informed all my family and friends.”

“Never had a problem great variety cheap but excellent quality … would recommend there is always something for everyone and the best bit is I’m helping a child with every purchase and shopping in the comfort of my own home … what more could you ask for.”

“Fab jewellery..any issues with products were sorted out quickly,efficiently and nothing was a problem..also did me a kind gesture..I have bought over past couple of months presents for birthdays and treated myself of course haha with several beautiful items..I'm a happy and satisfied new customer,I'm actually looking to buy something sparkly again..customer service is very good 😊”

“The earrings I purchased were lovely but as they were a gift for my sister I was disappointed I couldn't see them without opening the outer packaging which means they are now not returnable. The cheap plastic bags they were in were not suitable for a gift either. Gift boxes may be an option if they are a gift.”

“I am very pleased with TJC always. I love the presenters especially the cheeky Andy Hodgson who made a funny remark about me wondering if I was an octopus (Eileen from Scarborough) He said on air he wanted me to text and let them know which I couldn't at the time. Please say hello to him for me and keep up the good humour it brightens up even a dull day. Great service great presenters and great value. Thankyou TJC.”

“The items I ordered was both on the same day but only received them 4 days apart and the postage is ridiculous £7-99p for 2 items, why not send them together and the postage wouldn't be so much, gemporia only charge £3-99p a day for p&p which s more reasonable”
