“I ordered on 23.4.22 and was billed that day. Still hadn't received my order so sent an email that took 2 days to get a reply only to be told by customer services that they haven't hot sufficient stock of what I ordered. It's been escalated further but am still waiting for ab answer. My 1st experience of TJC and I'm not happy.”

“Always friendly staff when ordering. Delivery usually with Post Office and very quick. Not the cheapest delivery charge but at least easy to collect if not in on delivery slot!”

“I ordered a necklace.When it was been worn it looked quite chunky,also when she had it across her hand it did.So ordered it and was excited waiting for it, to then be very disappointed when it came.It was so fine,more like the standard ones with pendants in jewellery shops.Yes the design was nice but so fine.We compared it against one my son bought mum with a locket on it from Argos at Christmas.The chains were the same in width,and his had a lovely locket on it,but he only paid £199.99.So no very disappointed,plus first time I shopped with you.QVC better”

“I recently ordered a tourmaline bracelet from Tjc, prior to its delivery I received a phonecall from your customer service team to verify my Details, after this my bracelet was dispatched to the 'wrong' Address. Royal mail tried to deliver it and sent me an Email informing of this. I arranged redelivery for Monday. Bank Holiday. So they Emailed me for a Tuesday delivery, I caught the Royal mail van outside to intercept my parcel, after a long conversation and a call to Royal mail office it transpires that Tjc have incorrectly addressed the parcel. I live at 125 Norburn, Bretton, Peterborough PE3 8NL, UK the item was Addressed to (115) Norburn. I nearly did not receive my order. I am very annoyed by this. Especially as I confirmed my address with your team prior to Despatch.”

“Received my jewellery and am very pleased with it. Received another and although lovely didn't suit me and have returned it, just waiting on my refund, disappointing to read on the site "Refunds will be made within 14 days from receipt at our return address" that's a long time period, 14 days, here's hoping it won't take 14 days.”

“Very helpful man from customer services. Said he will try to find out et my parcel is being returned to sender. He said when they get parcel back they will send it again or a replacement product in 7-10 days. I’m disappointed with that as it was supposed to be just a couple of days originally ? I told him the urgency of me getting this delivery as it is a present for my mothers 90th birthday and I need to receive it by 6th May latest. He said he would do his best. Which is fair enough but I do hope it arrives in time.”
