“Occasionally you get things wrong, but usually it is simple to put matters right. More importantly everything is OK. The products are good and at affordable prices, especially expensive ones with budget pay. Please keep doing what you do so well. Presenters used to be good at showing you clasps, but that seems to have stopped now and it is most frustrating, as well as clasps they don't often show the underside of products - again this is annoying. On the whole you are very good and you don't waffle as much as the other channel - 20-30 minutes before they show you the product or price and too much sold on pre-order so you never get a chance.”
