“The product was supposed to be delivered 5-7 working days but it didn't arrive and it was 10 days before I received an email saying there was a problem. The automated messages kept saying the product would be dispatched within 48 hours yet it wasn't. And no more communication about why the problem and when it had been resolved. When I rang Customer services they were eventually able to give me updates. And when the item arrived one piece wasn't working and I couldn't contact the sellers to find out how to make it work.”

“I have purchased 3 items of which one arrived.i have followed up with delivery who said they had the parcel but it had been lost in warehouse . I have chased this up with your reps who have not got back to me and you are now taking money from my account and no further contact to my enquiry”

“Well first of all I have been using TJC coming to nearly a year now.. I first come across it on the Ebay platform and did a purchase, then the website itself.. I'm ever so pleased and happy to be a customer of their's as I love how they sell such an extensive range of things not only jewellery... but home lifestyle clothing accessories etc and that too at such competitive relatively cheap and affordable prices... I mainly tend to use the auctions online.. I personally enjoy the bidding selling buying experience even though recently through correspondence on one of my orders it said about the tv channel so even accessible there... I have been shopping/ buying since I first discovered TJC and I shall continue doing so till however long you live/ exist. :)) I found exactly what my love is with you so I couldn't be any happier and that is gemstones and jewellery... also love how you have the payment option of budget pay which allows the customer the flexibility and ease of purchase of a product without breaking the bank...and rather spreading the cost without having to compromise either. Thank you very much TJC I will most definitely recommend The Jewellery Channel to other's.”

“The budget pays and returns are dealt with promptly and without fuss which makes the whole buying experience with TJC stress free and really enjoyable even if you change your mind. TJC plus is also a must have if you’re a frequent shopper which you will be!!! Love TJC.”
