“Changed my email address in July by phone - still waiting in October for it to be done - what I ended up with was two accounts, one I cannot access with my TJCplus and the other that wont let me access for some unknown reason. Phoned 4-5 times each time told wait 72 hours and someone will contact you and they never do. Even asked for escalation of my complaint to a director and still no one gets back to me.”

“Aside from high end jewellery, always fantastic to fantasise over!, TJC offers so much more, never know what is going to be on and for the most part the presenters are very user friendly. Prices are from very fair to how do they do that and I've had some really lovely items from them. The extended money back guarantee is a no brained too, thanks very much to all!”
