“Quick service as always. Two items purchased. Silver chain, very fine but exactly what was required. Reload perfume spray repurchased as original damaged accidentally by myself & the second one did not work at all but I had had it too long to return. I hope the third will be okay.”

“I thought Tried them and brought my wife a opel platinum pendant. The Opel pendant arrived within a week l was happy with the size and colour, Within six weeks l bought a pair of earrings to match the Opel pendant, four stones in each earring. When the wife got the earring she asked for a small stud earring to go above. When we looked and she didn’t want a Opel stone and decided on platinum with a Black diamond. All together they are beautiful.. One happy customer”

“TJC is good, but there have been times when I gave not felt that the item was worth the money or poor quality and some things have broken. The auction could be better eg. Being able to reverse a bid if you press the bid button by mistake if you are scrolling.”

“Customer service always excellent! Value is not as good as before though! Management, keep an eye on pricing especially handbags. QVC’s price and quality are better when on sale. Buyers, please stop buying cheap useless dust collectors as it would only make your good jewellery look cheap. Presenters, please stop using nice and lovely as it’s meaningless. Be more informative. Info like percentage of material especially clothing are vital and even thickness of sole is important for making decisions. Put all the info of the product at the first 5 minutes. It will help viewers to make decisions as well as easy editing clips for website. Producers, stop putting clips of unrelated items while the ‘real’ item is on show. It’s extremely confusing especially when the presenter was commenting the real item.”
