“What I’m not happy about is that once you place your order, if you change your mind about something, ie which size you want or decide to have a different ring size, for e.g. you can’t do it as the order has already been placed. This happened to me twice recently. I decided to change a ring size from an ‘N’ to an ‘O’. Also I bought an item of clothing and decided to change from Navy blue to black. I couldn’t do it unless I rang your Customer Services the next morning. By then, one of the orders had already gone through. We all change our minds about something & it should be easy to do this whilst you are still talking to the Salesperson?”

“Very good generally, I have had some expensive items go missing in the postal service, and found TJC slow to refund. You also seem very slow to send out deliveries at the moment also…… Change your packaging of expensive item as the thieves know what to look for!!”

“Usually everything I purchase is always fine. Recently I purchased a dress which was too small and I'm still waiting for the refund. It would be nice if refund could be done faster. Apart from that I am mostly happy with my purchases.”

“Very quick delivery and lovely longline necklace. It was only a £7.99 necklace but looks more expensive. I’ve given 4 stars as it turns around during wear meaning the crystals are facing sideways sometimes.”

“18 carat chain I received was perfectly good, but in the photo it looked heavier, so I was a little disappointed, but my daughter loved it ( Birthday present )”

“Good quality jewellery and value for money. However, although the first order was received in a couple of days, the next three orders did not. I had to ring TJC and chase up the orders that was paid 5 days before. All in all very pleased with everything else.”
