“I returned two items on the same box. I don’t understand why only one item was refunded.”

“I’ve bought many items over the years from TJC and been very pleased with the items and services received. There’s only been a couple occasions that I’ve had a problem with items purchased one recently but they have quickly and pleasantly tried too sort the problem out. So it hasn’t put me off with dealing with them again”

“I LOVE their jewellery! And speedy delivery too. But I needed to speak to a human this week, and nearly scooped my eyeballs out with a rusty spoon. Really really dreadful. Didn't listen (I think also didn't understand), and spent the whole time saying "stay connected" - literally, 15 times! Like I was going to go anywhere. Really very annoying.”

“I ordered a necklace and told it would be with me in two to three days, eight days later it arrived!! I then ordered earings to match and was sent the wrong ones!! I am now waiting for a return lable!! Not a happy bunny!!”

“Although I am awaiting the arrival of my purchases. So far all my dealings with the company have been excellent. Only one criticism ,when sorting the payment and you have a discount code to apply I could boffins the box etc to add it.”

“Terrible customer service. I repeated asked for my complaint to be handed on to a manager and asked for a managers name only for my request to be ignored over and over again. I sent over 20 emails regarding my complaint and received vague responses not answering my complaint finally leading to offers of vouchers, none of which were accepted on the website. When it goes well with TJC its good but when something is wrong they are terrible.”
