“I HAD 2 ITEMS MISSING FROM A PARCEL,WHICH WAS SEALED. RANG TO TELL YOU AND THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HEAR IN 48HOURS BUT DID NOT. JOINED A LIVE CHAT A WEEK LATER AND THEY NOTIFIED ME BY EMAIL IT WOULD BE CREDITED. THANK YOU”
