“Customer service always excellent! Value is not as good as before though! Management, keep an eye on pricing especially handbags. QVC’s price and quality are better when on sale. Buyers, please stop buying cheap useless dust collectors as it would only make your good jewellery look cheap. Presenters, please stop using nice and lovely as it’s meaningless. Be more informative. Info like percentage of material especially clothing are vital and even thickness of sole is important for making decisions. Put all the info of the product at the first 5 minutes. It will help viewers to make decisions as well as easy editing clips for website. Producers, stop putting clips of unrelated items while the ‘real’ item is on show. It’s extremely confusing especially when the presenter was commenting the real item.”

“Have purchased things on line line auctions and then lots of times they have been cancelled and then not refunded. I However the items I have purchased that they did honour have been of good value and quality.have then had to chase customer services months after when I realised I had nor been refunded. The items they say were out of stock, but then they are selling on the main clearance section??? Not good in that respect.”
