“I ordered and paid for a 9 Ct Vicenza Diamond Spritz Bangle in February. My sister has one which I’ve often admired. Unfortunately it was out of stock and I received a nice e mail from you together with a refund. I was very disappointed that it was listed for sale while out of stock. I e mailed you asking if I could be told when it comes back into stock. I did not receive a reply to this e mail. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards Deirdre Watts.”

“I have purchased jewelry from TJC for several years now and have always been happy with delivery- items well wrapped and delivered on time. Quality? Always excellent. I only once returned an item. The reason? They just weren't me! Was told to send them back, which I did, no quibbles and my refund was in my bank account within the week. Thank you TJC.”
